Recently I got married and went on my honeymoon to Sandals Whitehouse in Jamaica. It was the honeymoon of all honeymoons! When you arrive at the hotel they really take care of you. They got our room all set up for us, gave us wet towels to clean up with, served us cookies and juice, and just made us feel right at home. The check-in process was a breeze and they took care of everything for us! Before we knew it we were on our way to our room. The room we had was beautiful! It had the most wonderful view of the ocean. It also had a view of one of their many swimming pools. The way they set up the hotel every room has a view of the ocean, and a view of the swimming pools. The room was spacious and had a very romantic feel to it. It also had a refrigerator in the room that was full of complimentary soft drinks, beer, wine, and champagne.

Dining
The best part of staying at a Sandals Resort is that they are all-inclusive. This means that you can leave your wallet in the room and go everywhere on the resort and eat, drink, and be merry without the worry of paying for it. This includes the food at all 7 restaurants, drinks from the 4 different bars, and of course room service! The food is GREAT! You can start your day off with some pastries, crepes, coffees, etc., at Café de Paris, or you can enjoy a full breakfast buffet at The Bayside restaurant. For lunch you can order traditional Jamaican food such as delicious jerk chicken, hamburgers, calamari, etc., from Bluefield Beach Club. Dinnertime for us was always a tough decision because they have so many great restaurants to choose from. Our favorite was Giuseppe’s Restaurant; they serve Italian food such as pastas, pizzas, and an antipasti bar that had all kinds of appetizers. Also, for all you lovebirds out there, Sandals offers a romantic dinner for an additional charge that allows you and your special someone to enjoy each other's company with a candlelight dinner on the beach, where you will watch the sunset and enjoy the beauty of the ocean. Eating at the Sandals Resort is an experience in and of itself! So, if you’re a real food connoisseur then Sandals Whitehouse is the place for you!

Activities
At Sandals Whitehouse there is never a dull moment. The Resort has 4 swimming pools, with 2 water bars that you can swim up to get your drinks. The Resort also has canoes, windsurfing, glass bottom boat, sailboats, hydro bikes, water-skiing, snorkeling, scuba-diving, hobie cats, and knee boarding. If you're ready for a break from the water, the resort has plenty to do on land as well including table tennis, shuffleboards, squash, day/night tennis, fitness center, board games, beach volleyball, billiards, and a world class spa! If you feel like being pampered, then the Red Lane Spa is for you! It offers a wide variety of treatments, massages, facials, body wraps, and scrubs.

This makes it a very relaxed atmosphere to dream away with your lover. They make it very special for you.
