If you didn't think the
San Diego Zoo's Wild Animal Park was wild enough before, it sure is now! New this year to the park is Flightline, a 2/3 mile zip-line that takes you on an exhilarating flight directly over wild animal exhibits.
Daring guests will take part in an orientation session and training run before taking a safari ride to the summit where you'll spread your wings and take flight. The actual zip-line run takes about a minute and a half, but the entire experience lasts between one and two hours, and the memory is one that will last a lifetime. For safety, riders must be at least 10 years old, weigh between 75 and 250 pounds, and fit safely within the harness. This extra experience costs $70 in addition to park admission.
For guests looking for a slightly tamer experience, there is plenty to see and do at the Wild Animal Park. Our
