At Get Away Today we claim to have the best customer service ever, and we work hard to make sure that's the truth. That's why it always makes our day when we hear back from  customers whose expectations were exceeded.  Here's just one of our valued guest's experience:

"Just wanted to say booking with you guys was definitely one of the smartest decisions we made when planning our vacation. We (me, my wife, and our two boys) recently went to San Diego and Anaheim. One of the first things we discovered was that our vouchers for our hotel and park tickets were lost. Arriving on a weekend, we were immediately panicking since most businesses are closed on the weekends.

We called, and we were greeted by a message but we decided to leave a message. Less than 10 minutes later--a call!  In a very short and pain free call, we were reassured that everything would be taken care of. And this is on a Sunday morning... I won't lie, more often than not there is some sense of insecurity about just how "everything would be taken care of" when dealing with some businesses over the phone. With that we held our breath at almost every destination assuming that there would be some inconvenience in securing our theme park tickets, hotel stays, etc... Get Away Today Vacations really did take care of it. No problems with tickets, hotels...everything was ready even before we arrived at each destination. You've all earned our trust, and we wouldn't hesitate about booking with you guys on the next trip.  Thanks so much!"
