Ingredients:

4 fresh conch - cleaned
1 large sweet pepper
1 medium onion
2 tomatoes
5 limes
1 orange
1 habanera pepper
salt and pepper

Directions:

Cut up vegetables and conch and mix together in a large bowl. Add salt, pepper, orange and lime juice. Serve immediately.
