The second day of Get Away Today’s FAM trip began with a
delectable breakfast followed by a tour at the Hilton San Diego Resort, set right on the beach of Mission Bay. This beautiful 
resort,
which we’ve stayed at on FAM trips past, features newly renovated guest rooms
with a fresh, contemporary look, 18 acres of lush grounds, an oversized pool,
and so much more!
After breakfast our reservations agents will be in for
another full day as they make their way throughout San Diego touring our hotel and attraction
partners. Before lunch our teams will tour:

They then plan to meet together at the Dana on Mission Bay,
one of the most popular and family friendly resorts in San Diego. After touring this property which
is set right on the beach and marina and bursting with activity, the Dana will treat them
to lunch at the resort.
The Dana boasts the title of “closest hotel to Sea World,”
which happens to be the next stop for our reservations team. Previous visits to
this aquatic adventure park have included behind the scenes tours, up-close
animal encounters, and of course watching Shamu and his other killer whale
friends make a splash at their show. We will be sure to post pictures of our reservationists’
experiences once they return.
Three more hotel tours will wind up their day as they travel
to Hotel Circle to see the Days Hotel, the Doubletree Club Hotel, and the
Courtyard by Marriott San Diego
Mission Valley/Hotel Circle. The Courtyard will
also be hosting dinner for our staff, creating the perfect end to a busy San Diego day.
