Q: What is ART?
A: ART stands for Anaheim Resort Transit, which is the main shuttle service for the Anaheim Resort. The Anaheim Resort consists of the
Disneyland® Resort,
Disneyland® Resort area hotels, and a number of other attractions located throughout Anaheim, Garden Grove, and Orange, like Angels Stadium, the new GardenWalk, the Crystal Cathedral and more! ART is used as the only shuttle option for almost all of the hotels near the
Disneyland® Resort.
Q: How often does ART run from my hotel?
A: ART runs approximately every 20 minutes with service from area hotels to the
Disneyland® Resort and vice versa. During peak season and times, extra shuttle buses may run more frequently. ART service begins one hour before the Parks open. Service typically begins at 7am and continues through midnight seven days a week.
Q: How many stops will my ART shuttle make?
A: Each route services a different number of hotels based on need on
Disneyland® Resort routes. Most routes will service between three and five hotels on a standard route.
Q: How much does ART cost?
A: If you wait to purchase your tickets until you're in Anaheim you'll pay $4 per adult for a
1-Day unlimited pass, $10 for a 3-Day unlimited pass, and $16 for a 5-Day unlimited pass. If you try to board without a ticket, you can pay $3 one way with cash only. When you purchase your ART tickets in advance with Get Away Today, you'll get a 5-Day unlimited pass for only $10, and your children (ages 3-9) will ride free with each paying adult. Children normally pay $2 for a 3-Day and $4 for a 5-Day unlimited pass.
Q: What does "unlimited pass" mean?
A: With Get Away Today's unlimited pass you can use the ART system as many times in a day for as long as your ticket is valid. It also means that your ART ticket isn't limited to just your hotel's route. You can use your ticket to visit the Disneyland Resort, Angel's Stadium, the new GardenWalk, area restaurants, and any other destinations serviced by ART. All multi-day ART tickets must be used consecutively.
Q: Does ART service the airport?
A: No. ART does not service any of the area airports and is limited to service in Anaheim, Garden Grove, and Orange, California. Get Away Today offers a number of
discount airport transportation options from LAX, Long Beach, and Orange County (John Wayne) airports that can be added to any package.
