Disney Cruise Line Announces New Restaurant, Remy

Wednesday, April 14, 2010
Written by Darcy Beech
Disney recently sent us this update regarding the latest addition to the Disney Dream, Remy, the upscale, adults-only restaurant sure to make a splash with guests:

“As you can guess from the name, Remy was inspired by the diminutive French star of the Disney-Pixar animated feature “Ratatouille.” It will showcase creative French-inspired cuisine, with a menu that changes with the season and which includes products sourced from around the world.

The gourmet menu is being developed by Chef Arnaud Lallement from l’Assiette Champenoise, a two-star Michelin restaurant outside Reims, France, along with Chef Scott Hunnel from the award-winning Victoria & Albert’s at the Walt Disney World Resort.

With the addition of Remy, Guests who sail on the Disney Dream will enjoy more adults-only dining options on our ships than ever before. As you know, we already announced that Palo, the adults-only Italian restaurant on the Disney Magic and Disney Wonder, will also be included on the Disney Dream.”
