It's finally here! Disney's World of Color officially premiers tonight at
Disney California Adventure™ Park at the
Disneyland ® Resort! Jennifer Dunyon, VP of Communications at Get Away Today, got to experience World of Color last night in an exclusive media preview. She said that it was "more wonderful than I even imagined" and that "each scene got even bigger and better as the show progressed."
One thing that stood out to her was the detail. Each individual fountain is programmed with its own light and has its own "personality." The music created for this show is incredible. Jennifer said that the viewing areas are great and recommends standing as close to the front railing as possible. We highly recommend either getting a FASTPASS or purchasing a Disney World of Color Dining Package (either the Picnic or Prix Fixe Dinner) so you'll get a confirmed ticket for one of the viewing areas. Once you have your ticket with your assigned show time, we suggest arriving at the viewing area 90 minutes before your show time to get the best spot. If you aren't able to get a FASTPASS or don't purchase a World of Color Dining Package, there is a smaller area along the boardwalk side of Paradise Bay that offers partial views of the show. This area will fill up quickly, so you'll want to get there pretty early.
