Don't just spend a day at the beach, create memories and really experience all that Southern California beach life has to offer with O.C. Beach Tours. You will be treated to the unique experience of cruising around California style in a Woody Style Beach Bus complete with a surfboard on the roof, which will pick you up right a your Anaheim area hotel.

Then you choose your experience. With five stops and two photo stops you can completely customize your day!

At Stop #1 you will get the full experience of Surf City USA! History and great shopping await on Main Street in Huntington Beach. With nearly 60 restaurants, and over 100 specialty shops you are sure to find untold treasures or a special treat. And a short walk will take you down a 90 year old pier right back in to the history of The Surf City USA. Whether you spend just a few minutes or a couple of hours, Huntington Beach, the “Surf Capital of the World” has plenty to offer!

Stop #2 is a quick photo op at the Huntington Beach Main Lifeguard Station. Make sure you have your camera ready!

Stop #3 brings you to Newport Beach, my personal favorite! Hop off the bus and spend a lovely afternoon relaxing on “one of the cleanest beaches” in America or shopping the luxury and specialty shops of Fashion Island. And yet among all this luxury, history is still rich in the area with the original 100 year old Dory Fleet which leaves and returns every morning with its fresh catch of the day just as it has since its inception 1891. Stroll along the boardwalk, grab an ice cream or throw out a towel and just relax, the bus will be back to get you in a few hours.

Stop #4 completely immerses you in the history and life of Orange County at the Balboa Fun Zone and Newport Harbor Nautical Museum. The Balboa Fun Zone is everything Orange County is meant to be. Experience the summertime carnival thrills with a ride on the vintage Ferris wheel or classic merry-go-round or grab my favorite summer time treat, a chocolate dipped frozen banana on a stick! Yummy! Then spend some time exploring the Newport Nautical Museum where “The Duke”, is brought to life in all his glory at the John Wayne exhibit, try your hand at Deep Sea Fishing in a virtual reality simulator, or immerse yourself in the myriad of scale models of every seafaring vessel you can imagine!

Stop #5 is another quick photo stop at Corona del Mar, the Crown of the Sea. You will look out over inspiration point at the exact spot where on September 26, 1964, Gilligan and Skipper ran the S.S. Minnow ashore and enjoy breathtaking miles of awe inspiring coastline will spanning out before you.

Picturesque scenery, upscale boutiques and art galleries add to the sumptuousness of the beach retreat used by movie stars in the early years of screen plays you’ll find at Stop #6. Laguna Beach is where it's at! Basketball, volleyball and body boarding are abundant, miles of beautiful, relaxing beaches await and a quick walk will get you over to the historic Laguna Hotel for lunch or to the Beach House Restaurant that used to be the summer home of silent film star Slim Summerville and even has a retractable roof!

Stop #7 is a seasonal summer stop that puts you right in the middle of the Laguna Sawdust Festival where you can buy an original bronze sculpture, oil painting or any other variety of art from budding to professional artists.

Your 62 mile round-trip, history rich, scenic adventure can start as early as 8:30 a.m., as late as 3:30 p.m. or for those afternoon folks a midday start gets underway at 12 p.m. And depending on how long you lounge on the beach, you can be back as early as 11:30 a.m. or 2:30 p.m., or soak up as much sun as possible and catch the last return bus which will get you back to Anaheim at 5:30 p.m.

Get Away Today saves you 10% on OC Beach Tour tickets, plus offers great discounts on Southern California's other must-see sites and attractions including the Disneyland ® Resort, Universal Studios Hollywood, Knott's Berry Farm, and more!
