We just found out from
SeaWorld San Diego that their amazing Blue Horizons show is so popular that they've implemented a system to ensure all of their guests get to experience a great show with well rested performers and animals. During their peak season SeaWorld San Diego is limiting the number of shows and using a wristband system on Saturdays. You will need a wristband for Saturday performances now through September 4th, 2010.
Wristbands will be given on a first come, first serve basis and are color coded for specific show times. Families and groups must all be present to receive their wristb
ands; one person cannot pick up wristbands for their entire group. Once you have a wristband, you will need to be to Dolphin Stadium a minimum of 10 minutes but no more than 30 minutes prior to your scheduled show time.
There will be SeaWorld Guest Relations associates available as you enter the front gates to help you get your wristband for the next available show. They do run out pretty early in the day, so we suggest getting to SeaWorld early to ensure that you get your wristband.
This may seem like a lot of effort to see a dolphin show, but let me assure you, this show is worth it! SeaWorld has spared nothing in the design and composition of this show. Amazing acrobatics from seasoned performers, special effects and awe inspiring dolphin, bird and small whale performances combine to make this by far, the best dolphin show anywhere.
