Disney Resorts (
Disneyland ® Resort and
Walt Disney World ® Resort) will soon begin campaign called
"Let the Memories Begin." This new campaign will feature home video and photographs of real Disney guests in T.V. ads and other marketing efforts for the first time ever! Millions of families will get to share in true-life, heartfelt moments, and perhaps even be featured themselves!
And, beginning in January 2011, Disney Parks guests may find themselves part of the show during a special nighttime experience. At
Walt Disney World ® Resort, guest photos will be projected onto the Cinderella Castle at the
Magic Kingdom® Park and at the
Disneyland ® Resort, each day's images will be projected onto “it’s a small world." Disney PhotoPass photographers will provide up to 500 images of guests shot that day - so you definitely won't want to miss the
opportunity to see your family on Cinderella's Castle or "it's a small world."
In addition to the nightly picture shows at
Disneyland ® Park and
Magic Kingdom ® Park, these pictures may also be used for Disney Parks T.V. commercials, online campaigns and social media outlets to show the power of memories. Disney Parks is asking Guests to share their memories by uploading photos and videos via a special Let the Memories Begin online hub at www.DisneyParks.com/Memories.
