elpful, but a lot of fun as well. It really changes the way you talk to our guests when you can say "I've been to this hotel," or "This park has a lot of great rides." I loved being able to look at all the hotels and take in as much as I could. Anaheim was my favorite part of the trip for sure. Our Disney day was just FANTASTIC! I felt like a little kid again. I also enjoyed getting to know our contacts, familiarizing myself with their hotels, parks, etc. San Diego was gorgeous and I definitely enjoyed running on the boardwalk right by the beach. I can say that as an employee this trip was incredible for our purposes as sales representatives, getting to see firsthand and experience what our guests will be experiencing and helping to give them the best vacation possible. “The 2011 GAT FAM trip was a wonderful opportunity for me to learn about the gre
at hotel properties we share partnerships with, as well as gain more knowledge about the parks and other attractions and dining options we provide to our guests. I feel very lucky not only to have landed this incredible job just a few short months ago, but also to have experienced such a memorable, magical (much needed and overdue!) vacation. Most of all, Ii had a great time getting to know the people I have the privilege of working with while making many new friendships. I feel that the knowledge I have gained from this trip, more than anything, allows me to "paint the picture" so much better for our guests.
