New thrills and spills are heading your way at
SeaWorld San Diego this spring as Manta, the long awaited high speed launch rollercoaster, opens on May 26, 2012! This groundbreaking manta ray themed coaster twists and turns over 2,835 feet of track and will move over 1,400 passengers an hour. A 54 foot subterranean drop and a wing dip that makes a splash into shallow waters are among the highlights that passengers will experience during their two minute long ride. The Manta coaster will be paired with a 100,000 ray aquarium and ray pool to create a SeaWorld “mega attraction.”
