We stayed here 2 years in a row. Last year (2016) we had a wonderful experience. This time was not the same. The hotel floor was disgusting. My feet were black from walking on it for 5 minutes. There were little black bugs flying all around the room the whole time. On the last day the door handle on the inside fell off and we were trapped inside the room. Thankfully my boyfriend fixed it. Also we stayed here because its a short walk to downtown Disney buy going through the CA grand hotel. This option is no longer an option. You will need to add 10 more mins to your walk. When I told the front desk about all these concerns he said "sorry" and nothing else! We will not stay here again.

I have stayed here twice, first time in 2010 was nice, this time in 2016 and This hotel was very dirty, the house keeper would not replace coffee cups, and would leave dirty cups. The bath tub was filthy, the floors would turn your feet black. Asked the people at the desk to have them clean, it was never cleaned. Paid way too much for this mess.Staying at a different hotel this time.

It was great to be so close to Disney. The beds were very comfortable. The room was a bit cold though even though I had the heater at 80. The room was clean. We loved how the maid set up my daughter's stuffed animals every day. It was cute! The to-go breakfast was very handy and was yummy. We were on the 3rd floor and had no issues with bad smells or anything like some of the other reviews. We would stay here again.

We stayed here last year and though the rooms needed updating, they were clean. This year they were absolutely disgusting. They smelled musty and old. My son and daughter-in-law had to move rooms 3 times in the 5 nights we were there; the first room, attached to ours, smelled of mold and mildew, the wall by the bathroom had water inside the wall itself, another room was requested and they were moved 2 doors down and unbelievably they rented the room out again that night; we told the people that were in there what happened and they went and checked the wall and it had been patched up and repainted!! 2 nights later after coming back from Disneyland, you couldn't even walk in the room because of the mold/mildew smell, the carpet underneath the a/c had been leaking and the carpet was soaking wet, you could see the stains from the constant leaking at that point. Another room was requested and they were giving a room with a shower and no tub knowing they had small children, again, another room was requested and though it smelt musty and old it was ok. In our room, we had to call down twice for someone to come unplug the toilet, the 2nd time, it took them almost an hour to come unplug it. Four people in our room and they left only 2 towels with no washcloths. We will never stay there again.

I have stayed at this hotel many times, but I just checked out after 5 nights and had to switch rooms 3 times! The first room smelled horribly like mold, the second had sewage backing up through the bathtub drain, and the third had cockroaches! The hotel overall was filthy from, room to pool area, to laundry room. I will never stay here again.

Disneyland was a blast, our hotel was okay. It was clean. We had a tv, but it didn't work and a little outdated. A bit disappointed.
