Amazing hotel! We felt like we’re at home. The tram pick up was right outside our room. Definitely will absolutely be booking here from now on!!

I had a blast with the suites and not too far from Disneyland

We loved staying here. The room was big and comfortable. This is a wonderful place for families. We had no issues with our stay and were even able to check in early for a fee.

Loved our stay. Excellent rooms. Excellent breakfast excellent cleanliness. Extremely excellent staff. Location great. It’s a home away from home. Wish you would’ve known about this place sooner. It’s not right across the street from Disney but for what you get in return is worth it, not just a hotel room, more like a apartment With all the amenities. I highly recommend clementines for the family. You will not be disappointed.

We loved our stay at the Clementine hotel! The staff was amazing and very friendly. The breakfast was good and the rooms were spacious! The walk to Disneyland was also very doable. Overall very satisfied with our stay.

The male front desk clerk was rude. He was not at the front desk when we arrived around 10pm. We called the hotel and the phone was just ringing. When more guests showed up we decided to knock on the door. He came out after a minute said he was on a break. How about leaving a sign up to let people know? or have someone else cover front desk? No a single apology for making us wait.

From the time we arrived to the time we left the hotel staff was awesome. First of all GAT got our arrival dates wrong for our hotel and Angel M. At the front desk went above and beyond to get us checked in and provided an update to our check in/check out dates and was able to accommodate us. The breakfast was Amazing and the staff who worked the breakfast shift was on top of the food and and very friendly making sure to refill anything that was running low. They were so friendly to us and even took our plates for us when we were done. My family and I will definitely be coming back to this hotel as well as my friends and family as I told them how wonderful this hotel was.

Clean grounds, room was clean, breakfast was awesome, lots of breakfast options, well lit, quiet, short walk to Disneyland. Can't wait to go back!!

With kids, so great to have a kitchen! They kept things understocked, but if asked, provided everything needed. Danny M was super helpful in resolving our issue to extend our stay!

Comfortable room and reasonably priced. Very small thing but we would have liked was some kind of channel guide for our evenings in.

The rooms were spacious. We stayed in the bi-loft suite and having the kitchen and two bathrooms was great for our party of 8. However they do not have free breakfast as advertised. There is a shuttle you can take to Disney for $8 per person round trip, but it is only about a 10-15 minute walk to the park gates so the shuttle isn't worth the money.

This hotel was within a ten minute walk to the park. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I loved the on site laundry facility and our fully stocked kitchen. The continental breakfast was filling. I would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel was great. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was great! It was filling and they rotated foods each morning. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. It was easy to walk to the park each morning in about ten minutes.

The hotel staff are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast is fantastic every morning and the suites are clean and tidy. Our family has stayed there for the last three years and it has a very homey feel.

I loved this hotel for many reasons. We have several allergies in our family that make it difficult to find food that is accommodating for our family. We loved the free grocery pick up, it allowed us to get what we needed to easily feed our family and to get snacks to take to the park. The best part was the facts that we didn't have to stop at the store with our kids in tow. Everything was great about this hotel and we will be here again.

Our family of 8 had ample sleeping space. The pull-out bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but the others were great. We loved having 2 bathrooms. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. We would stay here again!

Stayed here for a week and will never come back. We booked a “penthouse suite” it was not reflective of the description. It was a loft suite that was upstairs, would have been to know this before I booked. My mother in law had bad knees and a walk up was an added difficulty. The showers in our suite were horrible you couldn’t get consistent temps. The 5 of us had many cold showers this week. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and hard. The toilet ran all night no matter what was done with the floater. So we heard water running for 144 hours talk about a waste of water.

This would be a two bedroom loft, the Penthouse suit was a loft, the loft room had 0 privacy, also the hotel was outdated and would not expect people to think of this as a Penthouse or a Marriott.

I love this hotel. They helped with all my needs and questions. The best thing I liked about this hotel was Pilar. She was an awesome person because she helped take care of us while we were there. We had three little girls who wreaked havoc in the room, but Pilar alway made sure they had popcorn and their blankets folded where they could find them. It is the little things and she made our stay awesome. The staff was great and the ground were clean. The girls loved the play area. They were snail tamers lol The only bad thing I would have to say is that the parking situation was a mess. Overall great hotel and great amenities! 👌🏾👍🏾
