Good value for the money - if you need a larger room and free breakfast without paying over $200 per night. And many hotels no longer offer free full breakfast. We have two teenage boys so needed a suite with two beds and a sofa bed plus free breakfast, which this hotel had. We paid $600 for four nights during Spring break time which is good value for the money. It was not a downside for our family ( we did not have a car) but this hotel was almost 2 miles from the Disney park entrance, however you can either walk 1 mile to the Toy Story parking lot and then get on a free shuttle that takes you directly to the park entrance OR you can pay $16 per person for a three day ART shuttle pass for unlimited transportation to and from the park, this shuttle picks up about 100 meters from the Homewood Suites. On any given day during our stay it only took 5-10 minutes for the ART shuttle to get us from our hotel to the parks and vise versa. Overall this stay was good for us. Will say i may not stay here again until they renovate - you could tell from inside the room that it had been well used since it was built, really needs a light reno.

All the fixtures were loose or off the cabinetry. Bathroom door hinges were sagging and it was difficult to shut. It was extremely sound proof which was great, and the front desk was responsive and helpful. Breakfasts were excellent and so was the cleaning staff, though I did drop an avocado pit in the sink drain and when I fished it out so it wouldn’t break the disposal, my hand came back slimy and black. Those need cleaned

I Love this hotel! So family friendly: Large, accommodating rooms, full sized fridges, hot breakfast buffet every morning, and even Free lite dinners most evenings - Wow! Friendly staff, easy access to Disneyland using the PCA shuttle (purchased passes from the hotel next door and the shuttle picks up just steps from the front of our hotel). Super convenient! Comfortable beds. Great overall experience!

This hotel was perfect. Clean, great breakfast, always fresh coffee, friendly staff. I would stay again.

Our room had tile in the bathroom and it was covered in water, the toilet tank lid was not even the correct one. Called maintenance and the fix was to put a towel behind it! Closet door was off up against the wall. The following morning I stepped in front of the window which was wet, then noticed the floor between the two beds was soaking wet. Had to ask to move rooms. They offered nothing to compensate for all the issues we had.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was ok. I can’t have dairy and there were zero non-dairy options. Is it that hard to have one carton of non-dairy milk? I walked over to target and picked up a couple things to make the breakfast buffet work for me. The rooms were fairly clean. We had housekeeping once in a week long stay and had to ask for it. The pool was full of nature, sticks and leaves, but still use-able. The hot tub was a swamp, really needed a clean with scum on the edges. The pool area was pretty disappointing.

Staff was kind and helpful but the room was dirty dirty dirty. Closet doors were broken. Paint chipped everywhere. Bedding old and stained. The mattresses were the most uncomfortable we’ve ever had in a hotel. Worse than the cheap hotels on the Vegas strip and the toilet would only flush occasionally.

For Disneyland it’s too far to walk and the bus system creates anxiety.

Since there are no recent reviews it seems I’ll fill you in. It’s awful. My family stays once a year in Anaheim for Disneyland, I like to try different hotels to compare and contrast. This one was by far the dirtiest, loudest, biggest false advertisement I’ve ever been too. First they gave us the wrong room. Then the rooms just didn’t feel clean, marks on the mirrors (kiss marks) , in the bathtubs (mold like build up), and lip and food marks on the plates and cups provided. The breakfast with the rotating options, was a lie. Same rubbery dry eggs and barely seasoned potatoes. The eggs were like the traditional dehydrated eggs but like the ratio was wrong to make them last longer. They sometimes had waffles but the set up for them was severely unsanitary and unsafe with cords everywhere around the tables. Don’t provide a hot complimentary breakfast if it’s going to be unsafe, unsanitary, and so budgeted it’s a waste of time..Then the specialty evening food and beverage service they provided was another lie, when I booked it it said Monday -Thursday they offered it… lie. Apparently it’s now Only Wednesday’s as we were notified when we got there. Per past reviews this was practically a budget dinner (hot dogs, hamburgers, or tacos) with beer and wine served. What we got was what looked like a fold out table set up with two crock pots, one with nacho cheese, and chili, that I’m sure was filled with food poisoning by the looks of it. Miller lite. No wine. And some stale cookies. Literally looked like corporate cut the budget and left the hotel 10 dollars to feed a hotel… it was gross. Thing is I don’t care about it, and don’t need it. But don’t advertise it as one thing and delivery the wish version of that. Never towels at the pool, requested multiple times for towels. Could not be bothered to bring them. I would never stay here again. Oh and it’s like they don’t care to keep up with the other hotels, who have updated to safety protocols so you need your key to get around the hotel, oh no just random access in and out of this hotel. Do not stay here. It should be removed from good neighbor hotel list, it’s the worst neighbor hotel. Never ever again.

The room definitely delivers on all the amenities that is listed however the room is dated, the beds are low quality and there were a few things that could use a good clean or be replaced. We did appreciate the full size refrigerator and having a well stocked kitchen. There was a dining table in the room but there was only one chair. Our toilet would run for hours in the middle of the night and randomly stop in the morning. Housekeeping only cleans rooms once every four days. They will bring you clean towels, trash pick up and do an amenties refill on demand. One of the two elevators was out, 5 of the 7 days we were there. If you’re in need of handicap parking, be advised that there are only 7-8 stalls. The breakfast buffet was always well stocked with hot food and they offered a variety of other options. The dining area is huge and the staff does a good job at keeping the tables clean as guest come and go. The hotel is in a great location, there’s a Target directly across the street, Walmart and Costco was a 10 minute drive. Disneyland was a quick 5 minute drive and if you’re down for a 15-20 minute walk, walking is totally an option. Overall, if you’re looking for luxury this is not it; it’s a place to sleep and shower after a long day at the parks. Nothing fancy about it, just the basics. The staff was always friendly and quick to deliver on anything we needed. They all work hard to keep this very busy hotel running.

Room was nice and spacious for our family of 5, however the main elevator was down which required us to walk down 6 flights of stairs, or go out of our way to use the secondary elevator at the complete opposite end of the hotel. Also, housekeeping was non-existent and didn’t respond to our requests. Otherwise a good stay.

This is an older hotel, it has had some updates but still had that musty smell ( not too bad) that old hotels have. The room was OK, 1 bedroom with 2 queen beds, it had a small kitchen, and a living area with a pull out couch, breakfast every morning was good. The elevator was old and scary! The staff was very friendly.The main thing I didn't like was it was too far from Disneyland. Yes the ART bus pickes you up but you share it with 3 other hotels that are in the parking lot so always crowded. If you don't mind being so far away from Disney, then this is a good hotel.

Very clean well-kept rooms. The beds were great. The sofa bed however was horrible. The hot breakfast was wonderful every morning was something new. I wish my eggs and omelets were as fluffy as the hotels. We went off to Disneyland every morning with a full belly to take on the day. Really appreciate the quality of employees, very respectful, polite and accommodating.

We booked our Disneyland hotel through Get Away Today and then they changed where we booked to this hotel. I wasn't to happy about it but when we showed up, I was pleasantly surprised at how great it was. Not only do you have a room with a bed and bathroom but you have another room that has a kitchen and sofa area. It was a large and comfortable room for a family to be in. The room was clean and comfy. Staff was so nice and helpful. The breakfast was great every morning. The Art bus picks you up very near by. You also have a Pizza place, Outback and Red Robin across the parking lot which was so convenient. I will absolutely make this our new go to hotel for Disneyland trips.

Convenient to shopping and great to have a full kitchen, but this hotel was hard to find. There is a ART shuttle stop very close by which is convenient.

Room was nice, one issue was the shower never got warm and the faucet was broken. Breakfast was okay, standard hotel fare. The pool was amazing though. Overall great place.

The lobby was refurbished, but the rooms were a little run down. No fan in the bathroom made for a muggy room after every shower.

The hotel was very cozy and we felt right at home there. We slept amazingly and it had a convenient shuttle to the park. Would definitely stay again!

The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was great! The hotel is about a 15 minute walk to Disneyland. There aren’t many restaurants nearby if you are on foot, so eating around the park is best.

I stayed here with my husband, two kids, and MIL. It was the perfect hotel for our family. It had free breakfast each morning, and even light dinners on some of the nights. It also had a kitchen so we could make sandwiches and store our leftovers when we came back to the hotel for naps. We saved so much money in food alone here. We used the ART and it was simple. It seemed to run about every half our and we had no problems getting on it.

We just got back from a 4 night stay and loved every minute of it! The hotel was in a great location to make it easy to come and go as we pleased from Disneyland and back. The staff was so great and very accommodating. The front desk staff in particular was very very friendly each and every time we saw them which was multiple times a day. Our son's Disney light toy ran out of batteries after a few hours of use, and the front desk, without being asked, called down maintenance to unscrew the battery compartment and replaced them for us. I still can't believe it! We will totally recommend this hotel to our friends, and can't wait to stay there again! We will definitely be back!

The bed itself was very comfortable. Even though I asked beforehand if the hotel used down pillows and I was assured they did not, when we got there, feather pillows covered the bed. We had to ask they be removed and replaced with foam. One reason we chose this hotel was closeness to Disneyland combined with free breakfast. With six in the party, that meant great value for the price of the overnight stay. The breakfast food was typical in selection but sub-par in quality. Breads and bagels were either stale or so "foamy" in consistency that on first bite it nearly disappeared in your mouth. Eggs were the usual powdered variety but overcooked, there was a gray stew labeled "gravy" and the sausage was a poultry-based tube that didn't taste like sausage. Forget the waffles, they are pre-made and for one person in the group, wouldn't stay down. The room itself was clean and quiet, but in need of caulking and tile repair in the bath. With the "conserve water" warning about hanging up your towels, it seems ridiculous that the shower, faucet, and toilet ran with double the normal amounts of water as if they had no flow restrictors at all. I thought California was in a drought? Also, while water temps in bathroom were great, the hot water did not reach the kitchenette. Luckily we weren't there to wash dishes, but some people might want to do that. There is a hide-a-bed in the living room, and the cushions over it were slabs covered with woven vinyl. I guess if you have kids in wet swimsuits or spewing babies ruining the furniture, that's the way to go, but it was definitely more "family of Neanderthals" friendly than suitable for a business traveler. The kitchenette was roomy enough for food prep, with a full size fridge. Two televisions, and a nice, quiet air conditioner. The elevators were busy, and therefore seemed slow. The staff was helpful and friendly, and most of them spoke English you can understand. The lobby was clean and roomy, but in the evenings was perfumed with really strong pine-y floor mop. Last word: A decent place to sleep, but eat breakfast elsewhere. There is a Coco's across the street for full breakfast and a Starbucks next door for coffee and muffins. Or, eat at Disneyland.

I'm glad we chose this hotel. The staff was fantastic! The room was great. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the kitchen was equipped with glasses, plates, bowls, etc. The free breakfast was good enough for us! The shuttle picked up at the hotel and at Disneyland right on time each time. It was quite a bit more expensive than driving and parking or riding the ART but it was so convenient that I hardly worried about it. We would stay there again.

Had a fabulous stay. Staff and Hotel were GREAT!! Shuttle to Disneyland and back was spot on. Great restaurant choices within walking distance. Breakfast and nightly reception were an added bonus. Nice size pools, even for the little ones.😊👍

My husband and I choose this hotel because on the Get A Way today website it states it serves dinner Mon-Thurs. And well we have a growing teenage boy and 2 younger ones we decided this hotel would be worth the money...Well the dinner should not be advertised as dinner when it's just soup and salad and thats what it was for 2 of our 3 nights. I was also disappointed that this big hotel only had 2 elevators in it and had to wait 10 min or longer to get on and off. Had my room not been on the 6th floor I wouldn't have mind the work out of going up 6 flights of stairs but when you have little ones it's a bit hard. The hotel is also not accommodating to little guest. My smaller children had a hard time brushing their teeth and washing their hands after using the restroom due to the sink being abnormally high off the ground. My daughter who is very independent for a 5 year old may have bruising on her chest from trying to jump up on the counter sink. After about a day of watching how painful it looked I called down to desk services and was told they had no step stools in all the hotel. They also asked she stopped jumping so she wouldn't hurt herself...not to mention the shuttle service is horrible when it came to timming. The hotel told us the shuttle leaves for Disneyland, 50 pass the hour. We would be waiting 45 pass the hour and wouldn't get on the shuttle until 10 pass the hour and wait 30 min because we missed it. The shuttle runs on their time not what the hotel tells you. Staff was friendly buts about all I have good to say about the hotel. Othwr then that I was very disappointed with my vacation and it started with the hotel. Needless to say I won't be staying here again nor will I ever ask my friends or family to either.

Our room was really comfortable for our family. You could tell the rooms were a little bit older, but they kept it really clean. We liked the living room and having the sofa bed separate from the bedroom. We were able to have the dinner at the hotel one night and were so impressed with the food. It felt like a really good deal.
