Bed Bugs!!!!

The price was right! We chose this location because it was in walking distance to Disneyland (first trip to Disneyland). We arrived and was able to checkin early. The was very nice. We enjoyed the breakfast, but that night my husband felt something crawl on his face; I examined the bed but didn't see anything, but the next morning I woke up to a very swollen hand and bites, as well as my children. I contacted Get Away and they were great in getting us moved right away from the hotel. I even brought a bed bug down to the front desk and took videos and pictures of this horrific experience. They said the manager was not in and would call us later. Late we received a call from management stating they didn't find anything in the room and would not refund us our money for the stay, but refund us our parking fee ( Thanks). Great and it took me more than a month to recover from the bites, because I broke out in a rash from the stupid bites. It was a horrible experience with this hotel and I would NEVER stay at a Quality Inn again or try to save money on a cheaper hotel because most hotels are very close and in walking distance and it is not worth the headache. I would catch public transportation or us Uber or Lyft, but really you can walk from any distance, lots of other options.

Good for the price and distance to park

We stayed for 6 nights. We literally just slept there and spent the majority of our time in the parks. The room was very small, but clean. The beds were not very comfortable...at least not for me but my husband and daughter slept just fine. The fridge and microwave in the room were great for storing snacks and leftovers. No elevator so if you have a stroller or are just worn out after a long day the stairs are a struggle. Breakfast was ok. They had a make your own waffle station and biscuits and gravy but because of my food allergies I stayed away from the gravy. Otherwise it was your typical continental breakfast...(muffins, toast, juice, yogurt, milk) and these scrambled egg disc things that were not the best tasting but were great for eating on the go...especially for little hands. You pay for parking but it is way cheaper than trying to pay for parking at the park and they let us stay parked on our checkout day no charge until check in time for the day (3:00 p.m.). About ten minutes walking distance to the park and really close to Mimi's if you want to do breakfast outside the park...also lots of restaurants between the hotel and park. Very reasonably priced ...even with the additional cost of parking. We would stay here again.

Definitely a 'value' style hotel
Collin L. on 09/15/2017

Definitely on the value side of the spectrum, with this hotel being the extreme. No elevator, so if you have a stroller than make sure you get a bottom floor. The room itself was very small, barely enough to even move around with our luggage, the bathroom very basic with the vanity portion being on the outside of the bathroom. The staff wasn't very friendly, aside from the front desk, which was definitely trying to make up for the rest of them. Free breakfast, which is even a 'hot breakfast', though not very tasty. We recommend the McDonalds that is around the corner on the way to the park. On that note, it is a 10 minute walk to Downtown Disney, which is convenient for such a cheap hotel.

Short Walk to Disneyland!

This hotel is not up to date but the hotel is clean and the staff seem nice. We stay here every time we go to Disneyland, its a great value especially when you get the 3rd or 4th night free. Its really close to Disneyland , its about a 10 min walk maybe less if you cut through the the parking lot by MiMi's restaurant.

So Conveniently Located!

Pros: 2 comfortable beds, awesome breakfast, less than 10 minutes walk to Disneyland, quiet Cons: had to pay $10.00 a day to park, small room, A/C unit noisy, cold shower in the morning but warm at night?

You get what you pay for

The good: * Easy to walk to Disneyland. * Staff was very friendly. * Breakfast was ok -- eggs, waffles, biscuits and gravy, pastries, yogurt. A small step above a standard continental breakfast. * My son loved the swimming pool even though it was way too cold to swim! Cons: * Refrigerator made a loud, repeating noise. * Carpet was sticky. * In-room safe was broken. * Nasty, used tissues between the mattress and the box springs. (What are people thinking?) * The highway is right outside, although our room was far away from it and was quiet. It gave us a place to sleep but I wouldn't recommend it. There's still a lot to be had in spending a little more money for a lot more hotel somewhere else.

Perfect for us

Bundled this hotel with 3-day Park Hopper tickets, but our extended stay included other attractions so we stayed 7 nights/8 days in this hotel. Our room was perfect, beds were comfy and made up every day, our things were safe and secure. We used the in room safe with no issues. Parking was a breeze. We didn't utilize the valet service, but had no issues finding parking right near our room. The gift shop is cute. Continental breakfast was nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable and within walking distance to parks

We had a great stay. The room wasn't huge, but we weren't there to just sit in the room. The staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast was good although I had hoped for bacon. It was an easy walk to the parks allowing us to walk back and rest. We would definitely stay again.

Valet was MIA and worlds worst coffee... ...ever

Just over a half mile walk. Not bad for adults, wouldn't do it with the kiddos though. With the Free breakfast you get what you pay for. The mini danish were good but the rest.. ..not so much. The breakfast included what may have been the worlds worst coffee ever, but with starbucks in the parks and even a McDonald's on the way, we had other options. The poor valet was trying to take care of 3 different hotels I guess and was never there when we needed him. (all parking at this hotel is valet and costs $10 per night that they charge to your room) I would recommend this hotel because it was close and cheap. I probably won't stay here again though.

We have stayed at this motel several times, but our recent experience was the best. The room had been remodeled and was very nice. The breakfast was much improved and more than adequate, Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Will be staying again on future trips.

Mildew smell

Although the room was adequate for the few hours we were in it (for sleeping only) the mildew smell when we walked in was like a slap in the face. The lobby makes it appear to be a really nice hotel, but once you get to your room, you're disappointed. :(
