The room was not exactly clean, we purchased our own cleaning products. The cleaning services totally missed our room one day, nothing like coming back from an exhausting day at Disneyland to find you have no clean towels for a shower. When we asked about it, they claimed we put the "do not disturb" sign out, which is not true because they DID bring us 2 new coffees (no clean cups though!) The desk staff was helpful and pleasant, I will give them that. We personally like being a little farther away from the main gate, it's quieter.

Disneyland was amazing. We used some of the coupons from the site which were great. Unfortunately our hotel was slightly old, dirty and in disrepair - I would give it a grade C. Front desk staff were friendly. Housekeeping was not the best though.
