Nice Location
The hotel was located in a nice area. Not walking distance, but close. The SeaWorld Shuttle is super convenient. Did not like the window in the shower or the paper thin walls. Also no elevator access to upstairs.
Overall fine
Room was extremely small for price. Parking space very small.
Never Disappoints!
This was the second time staying at the Dana, and once again.. it didn’t disappoint! Only a mile-ish away from the beach.. next door to sea world, very convenient shuttle service AND the daily activities they have and movie nights in the pool is amazing. My kids and husband and I had a wonderful stay.
Activities to Entertain Us All
We loved all of the activities that The Dana offered us. The Dive-In Movies in the pool were our favorite part of our vacation! The movie was family friendly and the kids loved sitting in their floaties watching their favorite movies each night. The staff was very friendly in informing us in what movies and what times the Movies were showing. We even had a couple nights that we roasted s'mores by the Bay, that was also a highlight to our vacation.
Loved the Pools
This hotel has 2 pools, which was our favorite part our of entire trip. We too often book hotels with very disappointing pools. But these pools were fun, very relaxing, and located right next to the water of Mission Bay. We will be here again, it was relaxing and in a great location to get wherever we needed to go.
Lovely Tropical Getaway
Loved our stay here! We could relax and enjoy our time without feeling stressed or worried. The hotel staff took great care of us and always made sure we were comfortable. We were very pleased with our room and felt that it was clean and spacious.
Fun Activities on and near the property
We were never bored during our stay here. The beach was less than a mile away, with San Diego just down the street. The hotel offered fun activities such as drive in movies, fun dining, and s'mores nights. My family loved having s'mores and watching the boats sail by before bed each night. The rooms were roomy and comfortable.
Incredible San Diego hotel
This hotel is BEAUTIFUL! The views of the bay are amazing! Each morning I went on a run the the trail that runs right near the hotel and along the bay and marina area. We saw sea otters playing in the morning! Such a convenient location too, so close to Seaworld. The rooms are very clean and well kept as well.
