Frontierland at Magic Kingdom® is like a blast from the past. From the Wild West to the Deep South, there is adventure around every corner. One of the hottest Lightning Lane attractions includes Big Thunder Mountain Railroad. Keep your eye on the return times for this attraction when making your Lightning Lane selections if you purchase Genie+. As a reminder, Genie+ can only be purchased through the My Disney Experience app day of. You can start making your first Lightning Lane suggestion as early as 7am.

When wandering through Frontierland, you may notice a little work being done. That's because Splash Mountain closed in late 2022 to make way for Tiana's Bayou Adventure which will be coming to Magic Kingdom® late 2024. You can spot Tiana's water tower, and soon you'll be cooking up some fun with Tiana and friends!

Frontierland at Magic Kingdom® is the only place in the country where you'll find the Country Bear Jamboree. You'll also be able to enjoy Disney World's version of some of Disneyland's attractions and restaurants as well. The Walt Disney World Railroad, Tom Sawyer's Island and more can be found here.
