When you first approached the hotel it looks very nice and up to date with everything. Staff is very friendly and nice we checked in very fast and early our room was ready at 10am which is very good. We got to our room and you can see the age of the room furniture was old looks like back in the 80’s they did put new tvs but it only worked here and there couldn’t even watch Netflix on it because it just kept buffering. We had them come in to clean the room every other day and we could tell it hasn’t been cleaned good there was dust the room felt like it hasn’t been vacuum or anything. This hotel needs a remodel ASAP

The hotel looks very good on the outside but once you get into your rooms it’s a different story. Furniture our falling apart looks like these furnitures had been here since the 80’s or something. Rooms wasn’t vacuumed or dusted good could still see where they didn’t clean from the previous stays. We had 5 people in our room it was big enough for all of us. Tv barley worked it kept on buffering when I was trying to put on Netflix for my family to watch . This hotel would be so much better if Marriott can do something of the rooms

The lighting is not the best, had to use cell phone light to make coffee. The room was clean, they brought clean towels daily even though we hung them up. Having Starbucks downstairs was very nice. There are 4 restaurants right by the hotel and Target is across the street. It is a bit of a walk to Disneyland Resort area no worries use the Art Shuttle will pick you up in front of the hotel right next door. We will definitely use this hotel again

The hotel, room, and customer service were wonderful! The shuttle to Disneyland was unreliable unfortunately. We loved this hotel but did wish we were staying closer to Disneyland so we would not have to rely on the shuttle.

The hotel had spacious rooms and a very comfortable feeling. We enjoyed a wonderful full breakfast each morning with fresh fruit, pastries, bacon, hash browns, and sausage. The made-to- order omelettes were the best ever! We used the guest laundry, which was convenient and payable by app. The hotel had impeccable service from the front desk to the housekeeping staff. Our waiter in the restaurant each morning was particularly attentive. Overall, we loved this hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good but not worth the price. If you have free vouchers than its worth it! Rooms were outdated and not very clean. Stains on curtains and floors.. cobwebs on the ceiling under couches were dirty.. Pool area was great and beds were comfortable. Not within walking distance to Disney. We were able to purchase shuttle tickets.

Great location, Starbucks inside the hotel, desirable restaurants in the same parking lot, and Target across the street. Parking was scarce when returning from Disneyland and is located behind the hotel with the only elevators in the very front of the hotel; this made for a long walk for the young kids and elder adults that we’re with us because our rooms were located on the back side so we walked the whole parking lot and whole depth of hotel twice to get to room. Rooms were nice. King bed was comfortable, so were the pillows. Sofa bed needs more padding. Water was either cold or scalding hot, unbearable for adults; unable to have children take quick showers, had to do baths so we could mix hot and cold to get warm. Shuttle is not included in room fee so we paid $25 for Disney parking because it was cheaper than 5 daily shuttle fees.

The hotel was fabulous. The only downside was the cost of the shuttle, but otherwise, worth the price and quality was high. The included breakfast was amazing!

The room can fit a family of 6; it was perfect for us except the sofa pullout bed hurt our backs as we could feel the metals; there was no cushioning for it. The door would stick to the door frame and make a miserable grinding sound whenever it was opened :( The double beds were ok and TV worked well. The check in and out was simple and easy. The breakfast buffet could have been changed daily; it was boring eating the same thing over and over. We love the little stores in the hotel.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was AMAZING and very helpful! We first bought transportation passes through ART, but upon arrival the hotel informed us the pick up spot was over a block and a half away, so we purchased passes through the hotel and got picked up right in front of the hotel. They offer a great assortment of breakfast food on their buffets and saved us a ton of money by eating there before the parks. The staff was always greeting us and asking if we needed anything! I highly recommend this hotel!! We will be staying there again!

Our room was right behind the elevator bank so we heard elevators all night long. The air conditioning in our room rattled and didn’t cool the room properly. The hot tub also had an odd smell that left us both itchy after we got out.

This hotel was great. The shuttle to the park was well worth the cost because it was so convenient and fast (Disney parking would have been $25, and the shuttle was only $30 for our group of 3 adults and 4 kids). The breakfast was delicious (it was buffet style). One thing I wish I'd know is that the you are expected to leave a tip for breakfast. I thought the breakfast was "free", but in the end I left a $10 tip for each meal. Not a big deal, but it would have been nice to know in advance.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. This is the 6th hotel I’ve stayed at in Anaheim and is by far my favorite. The breakfast was good, lots of selections.

Great rooms and customer service. Breakfast buffet was an added bonus and was great.

The rooms were spacious and roomy, we felt comfortable and could relax easily. We all had space to ourselves and didn't feel that we were squished. The staff was great and very accommodating too. Loved our stay here, we will be back.

This hotel has gone down. The rooms seem old and outdated. We had to call at 10pm to have someone come and fix the toilet. It then smelled for a few hours. One of the beds was very squeaky when you moved. The pull out couch felt like you were sleeping on a hard floor. The breakfast was bad except for the omelette station. The food was always cold. Had to order pancakes every morning so the little one didn’t have to eat cold food. Horrible coffee. Get the Starbucks before you eat. The staff was ok. I’m not sure I would stay here again.

During our three night stay, the AC could never get the temperature below 73 degrees. The hotel staff were very responsive, but could not fix it. On the other hand, the breakfasts were very good. Wait staff were great. Overal, the hotel staff were wonderful, but the room could have been better. Also, the Disneyland shuttle was very late several times and there was no shade over the waiting area.

Usually stay here but what the heck happended to this place, had to change rooms 3x, lst room constant sewer smell, 2nd room, toilet running, a/c not working ,3rd room on different floor finally everything was good,wasted 2 hrs when we could have been out.carpets are dirty, walls are dirty here and there.For the money we pay it should be more appealing then what it was.

We had a great time at this hotel, everyone was very nice and the breakfast was delicious! We are definitely coming back to this hotel.

We loved the breakfast and best of all, it was free! On top of that, one of our nights was free too! Great hotel!
