The location of this hotel was fantastic! The staff were friendly, it was clean, the room was quiet and we could watch the fireworks from the balcony. Great breakfast. Comfy beds. My only complaint was wifi kept dropping. We’ll stay here again.

Initially I was disappointed because I thought I have booked the Best Western directly across the street (I had stayed there before) this one is just 4 buildings down. As soon as I walked into my room I was NOT disappointed. This hotel is absolutely AMAZING! The rooms are spacious, clean, have ample storage, and a free breakfast????? We were traveling with 3 different families and we all agree we will stay here again. The front desk was kind and insanely helpful. We loved this hotel. This is now our Disney hotel. No other will do.

Loved the proximity to the parks! That was the main reason we chose this hotel. Also loved the hot tub! Pool wasn’t heated as advertised, but we hadn’t planned to use it anyway. I wasn’t aware that parking wasn’t included in the price of our package, so keep that in mind. The front desk ladies were helpful in explaining that the parking being included varies by hotel. For 4 nights we paid $70 for the parking. Overall, our room was clean, the bed was comfy, and the breakfast is more than adequate!

It doesn't seem that much further way than the other BW a few doors down, but it sure feels like it at the end of the day!!! hahaha We got there very early in the day with an afternoon check in and asked if we could park early. We were told that there hadn't been many checkouts yet since it was still early, but we were welcome to try. We found the last spot and went and played until it was time to check in. Since we had done most of it earlier, it was easy to just get the room number and the keys and find our room. (which magically happened to be right where I had parked!) We didn't get to take advantage of the breakfast this last time because we were on a quest every day, but it smelled great when we'd walk by the area. The only complaint I had, but never brought up to the staff was the humidity. I was pretty sure we had Air Conditioners, but everything felt damp the whole time we were there. The bed, clothes in the closet, everything felt damp. I'm from a dry climate, so I'm not used to the damp. To be expected? We were too tired most days to care. We have stayed here a couple of times, and it's our backup when our other BW isn't avail. Thanks guys!

The staff was great! Super accommodating, and very friendly! Breakfast was perfect for what my family needed, just enough hot/cold foods to quick grab something before heading to the park early. They had fruits, cereals, toast/muffins, eggs, bacon, and breakfast sandwiches. The rooms are very basic, but had everything we needed. Fridge, microwave, tv, closet, table, chairs. The pool/hot tub was great for the little amount of time we spent in it. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely stay again!

Excellent room and location, but bring earplugs. It’s right across the street from the parks. But very noisy theme park guests walk past the rooms at all hours of the day and night. And rooms close to Harbor Blvd will get four lanes of traffic noise at all hours.

Awesome location and I love the daily breakfast.

The housekeeping was excellent and the rooms were very clean. Beds were comfortable and the front desk staff was super friendly and accommodating. The rooms were a nice size and the complimentary breakfast was good. Nothing amazing, but a step up from continental for sure. The convenience of being right across the street from the Parks was such a game changer for us! We could walk back and take a pool break in the middle of the day without it taking up too much time. The only little complaint I had(and I think at least part of it had to do with our room location. We were on the same floor and in the direct path of the breakfast room) was the noise in the early mornings, with delivery or garbage trucks coming and going, and kids running by the room. It ended up not being the biggest deal in the world as we use white noise machines when we sleep, but if you didn't have that I feel like it would've been pretty disruptive at 5:30 to 6:30 in the morning. Overall, it was a great hotel and we would definitely stay there again. I would just request a room further from the breakfast room and delivery areas.

Great hotel! An easy walk away from the parks which made it easy to walk back if we needed a midday break. The room had everything we’d expect and need, and the front desk was happy to accomodate us when we decided the morning of check out that we wanted to stay an extra night. Thank you!

The room was nice and spacey; the breakfast was great except that you cant take anything out. The beds were not very comfortable, great quick walk to Disneyland.

Hotel was clean and breakfast buffet is great with lots of choices. Staff was friendly and helpful. Holds luggage if needed. Easy fast walk to the parks.

Was just walking distance from disneyland and everyone was so Polite

This is our favorite place to stay for off-property hotels at Disneyland. They have a great breakfast and parking is easy. It’s an easy walk across the street to the main gate entrance for both parks. Great place!

We loved this hotel! The staff were friendly, accommodating and nice. This is by far the best hotel we’ve stayed at close to the park. The breakfast offered great options for my family of 5 and was pretty toddler friendly. The cleaning crew was amazing as well, usually we don’t have them come in during our stay. We accidentally forgot the do not disturb sign and they came in and cleaned up even with our items everywhere. They were respectful of our belonging. We usually do a different hotel each year we come to Disney but we will be back here for sure.

This hotel was everything we were looking for. Our Get Away Agent was so helpful in assisting us in finding a hotel that checked off all the boxes and requirements that we had for our hotel. It was close to the park, had a fridge, microwave, outdoor pool, big bathroom area, and clean rooms! We would love to stay here everytime we come to the park, it is the best!

This best western plus was awesome. So close to Disneyland which was really convenient I had my Two Grand Daughters with me 3 & 6. Check-in is at 3 pm, we arrived at 2 pm and they checked us in with no problem. The complimentary breakfast was more than I expected and very good (sausage, eggs, potatoes, french toast, cereal, donuts, fresh fruit, etc.) The rooms were comfortable and clean. The pool area was great for the kids and the spa was very relaxing after all the walking at the parks. I am definitely staying here again.

Thr best western plus was awesome. So close to disneyland which was nice when we had a 2 year old traveling with us. The offer a complimentary breakfast that was really good (sausage, eggs, ham, frenchtoast, etc.) The rooms were comfortable and clean. Had no problem getting plenty of extra towels from the friendly staff. The pool area was great for the kids and the spa was very relaxing. Would stay here again.

This was a nice hotel and super close to the park! The hotel had a free breakfast in the morning which is a huge savings for my family. The hotel was nice, the rooms were clean and it had a good pool area for my kids.
