This hotel is all about location to Disneyland. It took us 3 minutes to get from our room to the front gates, including security. The front desk staff, especially Dalia and Ryan are exceptional. Your door does open to the outside so I would recommend bringing a sound machine; we did and had no sound issues. The breakfast area is very clean and easy to find a table; there a lots of choices and it was a great start to the day. The beds are very comfortable and the sheets are very nice. There are shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers in the shower and plenty of towels. They also had a hairdryer and plenty of places for suitcases. My son slept on the sofa bed and said it was comfortable too. We loved being able to come back and rest during the day so we could go back and be at the parks until closing time.

The biggest draw to this hotel is the proximity to the parks. The hotel could use some updating. While clean and comfortable our room did have kind of an odd musty odor around the restroom. The beds are comfortable and the room was spacious. I appreciate the extra amenities like a microwave and refrigerator. I also enjoyed the breakfast.

You are paying for the location! While this is not the nicest hotel in Anaheim, it is perfectly located next to stores, restaurants and Disneyland. It was wonderful to be able to walk back to the hotel to rest during the busiest parts of the day. That alone makes this hotel worth it. The breakfast and the room were okay, but the location was incredible.

Location is the best thing about this hotel. It is right across the street from the main entrance to Disneyland. The staff of the hotel were very grumpy and did not seem like they wanted to be there. They were more interested in deciding which staff member was going to lunch first than they were interested in helping us check in. The room is very basic, with a very small pool and very small hot tub. The room was reasonably clean, but definitely no extras. The rooms could use an update in carpet and furnishings. The pillows were like laying your head on a bag of cement, and the bed make this plastic crinkle sound when you laid on it. We had neck and back aches for the length of our stay. We seriously thought about buying some pillows at the local store.

Perfect for families! There was a recurring issue beyond their control. They did everything possible to make amends, even offered to move us to a different part of the hotel (we declined).

Looking back on our trip, I am so glad we chose this location because our feet were thanking us at the end of each night. By our 5th night, our feet were screaming at us. It was also nice to be able to exit the parks for a lunch break. There are a ton of hot and cold options for breakfast. My favorite was the chorizo eggs/breakfast burritos. One morning they had Eggo waffles that were soggy, but that is my only complaint. If you go hungry, it's your own fault because there is plenty of food. You can eat your meals there or take to-go boxes with you back to your room or to the parks. My kids loved that they had donuts and pastries. They even offer to clear your tables for you like you're in a restaurant. There is unfortunately a curfew for the hot tub and laundry facility. Our beds were made daily and towels refreshed. Our valuables were intact. I would stay there again!

The Best Western Park Plus Inn was fantastic the rooms were big and clean and the breakfast was really good and changed every day. The close proximity to Disney can't be beat. There is a really good Mexican restaurant and IHOP next door kids eat free 4 pm to midnight. It had everything we needed and the kids loved the pool and hot tub.

Across the street and clean. There was a basic breakfast menu (eggs, bread, yogurth, Donuts, granola bars, fruit) and a changing one (make your taco, egg sandwich day, pancake day....), it was simple but kept it from getting boring after a week there. The staff is friendly and helpful. Beds are confortable. Room size is fine.

This was our first time staying at BWPPI after experiencing several others in the area and I would definitely recommend it! I believe I saw some complaints about the beds but my family actually found them really comfortable and slept well. And you can't beat the included breakfast AND being right across the street. We'll definitely be staying again.

The motel is great. The third floor specifically rooms off of the elevator close to room 315 were not ideal. The maid service room is across from the room. At 6:30am the maids arrived and started to exercise and then push their carts to start cleaning rooms. The carts were a little loud. Around 3:00pm they left the carts down the walkway next to the elevator ( which was broken) and rooms. A little maze to get to your rooms. The rooms themselves were clean and the beds were great. The motel is across the street from the Disney entrance which was great we could walk back and forth within 5-8 minutes to take naps or swim. It was very convenient. All in all a nice place to stay if your not on the third floor.

The only bad thing was the elevator wasn’t working on our end of the hotel so we had to walk to the other side of then hotel to the other elevator. Also their ADA room was on the third floor. I’m case of emergency how does a person in a wheelchair get down and out????

I would give more stars if I could! Great free breakfast and steps away from Disneyland. A wonderful, helpful staff. This and other reviews aren't wrong, this is a go to place to stay!

I was a little worried knowing how long this hotel has been there. However, they have remodeled recently and the room was spacious, had everything we could have wanted, and was cleaned every day even though it needn't have been. So glad we chose to stay there!

This is our second stay here. The breakfast was really nice it saved us a lot of money and the food was good. There was a hiccup when checking in because the reservation was in the name of someone who didn’t end up making the trip. Getaway got that smoothed out for us but the hotel was not much help. The only other problem we had was one of the elevators was not working the entire week we were there. We had people with mobility issues so they were on scooters because the elevator closest to our rooms wasn’t working we had to go to the opposite side of the hotel in order to use the working elevator. There was a sign on the non working elevator apologizing for the inconvenience but there never appeared to be anyone working in the problem. The rooms were great. Beds were comfortable. We really appreciated the daily housekeeping service, they did a great job.

My family loved staying at this hotel. The room was cleaned daily. The staff was helpful and responsive when we needed it. The room was big enough for all 6 of us to sleep comfortably. The morning breakfast was a great benefit before heading to the parks. My kids loved how close it was to the Disneyland entrance. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again on our next trip!

The proximity to the park can't be beat. The staff was friendly and rooms were clean. Being able to grab breakfast before walking to the park was great. The complimnetary latte/espresso/cappuccino machine in the lobby was a bonus! I would suggest the third floor to avoid outside noises. If you're looking for high end amenities this wouldn't be for you, however if you need clean place to sleep with friendly staff after spending all day in the parks this is a great option. We would definitely return.

The short walking distance to the parks is what sold us on this hotel. Although we were put in literally one of the furthest possible rooms from the front of the hotel, it still was an easy walk in. The staff was AMAZING! Better than even some of the 5 star hotels we have stayed at. The room was a bit run down and well past due for a refresh, but it was still relatively clean. I wish there were a door or at least a curtain to separate the sink and mirror area from the bedroom. Also, they need better lighting in the room especially at the sink. I could hardly see to apply my makeup in the mornings. I would recommend bringing a sound machine to drown out the noise from people coming and going with their luggage at all hours and housekeeping carts in the morning. The weekend breakfast was very good, but I didn't not go during any of the weekdays so I can't comment on that. Loved the complimentary coffee/hot chocolate/tea/latte/cappuccino station in the lobby! I would stay here again!

Great location. Great deal. Clean comfortable rooms with full breakfast. Usually noisy AC unit and outside noises were the only drawback.

The hotel is convenient as it is right across the road from Disneyland’s entrance. It is getting a little rundown, however.

We enjoyed our stay so much. It was SUPER close to the park. The staff was very friendly and housekeeping was fabulous making sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again, especially with small children.

The location of Best Western Park Place can't be beat! It is RIGHT at the light you cross over to Disneyland. At the end of a full day, this is so worth it. The room was large enough for our family of 4. They have nice shutters to block out the light rather than gross curtains. They have FREE breakfast in the building next door which was fantastic. They have hot items they serve to you, which was different every day. Pancakes/waffles/tortillas, sausage/ham, potatoes, and various types of eggs. As well as things like bagels and donuts and some fruit and yogurt. We grabbed a few to bring with us as snacks for inside the park. The bed though, was pretty hard and the pillows were awful! None of us slept very well on those pillows. I would stay here again but bring my own pillow with me!

My only complaint was they guarantee a 3:00 check in. That is not the case. 2 stays in a row my room was not ready at 3.

Very clean but well used. With the amount of “traffic” in the hotel rooms there is some wear and tear but over all very clean easy to communicate with staff, amazing location to DisneyLand and the breakfast was a bonus we took advantage of daily.

Hotel was nice and felt safe. Free breakfast each morning in a building across the way from 630-930am.

This hotel was so close which I really liked because I have a bad foot so could walk back and get off my foot for a little bit. The breakfast was actually so good for a hotel breakfast, different everyday., they had hot and cold foods all the condiments for everything and fruit. Was really impressed. They aren't doing daily housekeeping which is ok with us. They brought everything we needed when we needed it. My only complaint is the elevator was broke quite often and with my bad foot that sucked. Everyone was friendly. The room was clean and had no problems with that at all. We'd definitely stay here again. Hope this helps.

The hotel was in a good location with an excellent breakfast. The A/C didn't work, the toilet didn't flush well, and the remodel was not done great. I would be staying at a hotel 2 doors down next time but couldn't because of the number of people with us.

Good size clean room that was perfect for us and our baby. The only thing we would change is that our TV stopped working halfway through our stay.

This hotel has the best location if you're going to Disneyland. It's only a crosswalk away! The room I got was big, comfortable, and recently remodeled. I loved that there was a free hot breakfast every day.

We stayed in a mini-suite room with two beds and a pullout sofa. The beds were comfortable, the room was large enough that even with the sofa bed pulled out, we still had room for our luggage and a double stroller. The pool and hot tub were great for taking a break. The breakfast offerings were so great. They had hot items as well as lots of prepackaged items, yogurt, drinks, oatmeal and fruit. The proximity to the park can't be topped. We have stayed at 5 different hotels on Harbor Blvd and this is the best one. There is a reason reservations fill up quickly for this one. The room recently had cosmetic updates that were nice to have. The only drawback we found was that they don't offer daily maid services. We ran out of toilet paper twice and had to request fresh towels after a few days of using the same ones. They did empty our garbages on our 4th day, but didn't refresh towels, make beds or leave more TP.

Overall is great for staying and visiting the theme park, can't get any closer to the entrance.

Is this a 5 star hotel? No. What you can expect however is a room that doesn't smell bad, sheets that are clean, and a shower that doesn't look like it's going to eat you. You won't be spending much time here anyway, so these are pretty much the main important things. But they do have so much more. Their staff is polite, and with the gated parking, you don't have to worry about your car. The rooms are clean and not outdated. There is a small pool and a hot tub to relax in after your hard day of walking. Their breakfast is attached to the restaurant next door, and it's better than just toast or bagels. It's great to be able to get something in you that is free first thing in the morning, before the park opens up. This way you don't end up with someone who is HANGRY! If we're not at a Disney resort hotel, this is the only one we'll stay at!

Hotel itself was great. Just wished the bathroom was bigger. Hard with 2 adults and 2 teenagers to maneuver at times. But everything was great! They were even kind enough to call our room shortly after we arrived to make sure everything was ok. That was very nice!

The location of this hotel is amazing. Literally right across the street from Disneyland. The rooms were nice, clean, and updated. The only thing they were missing were in room safes but they do offer security boxes at no cost at the front desk.

This place was amazing! It was DIRECTLY across from the park entrance, we couldn't have gotten any closer. The rooms were fantastic with comfortable beds, fridge and microwave.

This hotel is as close as you can get to the park entrances! The hotel staff worked quickly to get us into our room and it was always clean. I will definitely be returning to this hotel on our next trip.

I Love this place. I have been to Disneyland 4x now and this hotel is the best place I've stayed. It is literally across the street from the entrance to the parks. The crosswalk to Disneyland is right next to the Park Place driveway We had a room at the back of the hotel farthest from the street and it took us 7.5 min from our door to the turnstiles into the park, not security, the park itself. Closer walk than Paradise Pier hotel which I've stayed at as well.The rooms appeared new, very comfortable beds. outlets on the nightstand for my cpap. It was hot when we were there and the ac was fantastic.I will definitely stay here on my next trip, no contest.

Our room was the closest to Disney with everything within walking distance. Free buffet breakfast helps save money, money that can be spent elsewhere. Staff was helpful with an y questions.

Honestly, I don't know why anyone would feel the need to stay anywhere else (i.e., any further away from Disneyland). You can't beat the location, right across the street from the park entrance, and the mini suite rooms are great. They've done some remodeling and our room and bathroom were very nice, no issues at all. The free continental breakfast next door is more than adequate and a nice perk as many hotels in the vicinity don't offer free breakfast. The staff was very accommodating when asked about the possibility of an upgrade. The only downside for us was having to pay for parking, but I understand why they do that. We've stayed here three out of four times we've visited Disneyland and would stay here again. I would recommend this hotel.

Get away today reps are always courteous, helpful, and friendly, no problem there. But our hotel room was in need of updating in bathroom. Tile , wallpaper coming off, and maids seemed to forget something different every day, (coffee, toilet paper, soap, cups). Great location, but it would really help to have the bathrooms redone.

You really can’t beat the location with this hotel. It was very nice to just be right across the street and walk to the park.
