Hits & misses. The hotel was a great price. We have season passes to Knott's Berry Farm and Get-Away-Today was an even better deal than the passholder discount at the Knott's hotel. We weren't going to Disneyland this time, so it was fine being further away. The beds were very comfortable and the room was quiet. It would be nice to have more hooks or storage in the bathroom and sink areas but that is a minor thing. Great service at the front desk, from housekeeping, and the pool bar service. (Jacob remembered our name and orders from the previous day) The pool is large with an abundance of lounge chairs. Even with a lot of people there, it was easy to find a spot and it didn't feel like "people soup" when swimming. The biggest miss was the restaurant there. Super slow service for dinner, our server went missing for long periods of time. Dinner portions were large though. Breakfast was AWFUL it was $25 each for the buffet which had a VERY limited selection and wasn't good (Dry biscuits, flour and salt flavored gravy, super salty eggs, soggy waffles, slimy cut up fruit, and ok breakfast potatoes) there was also cold cereal and oatmeal but I didn't have either of those. Again the waitress was no where in sight and we never got a drink refill on our "bottomless juice and coffee".

Rooms are tiny, especially with older teenagers, the fridge is to small to hold anything even a half gallon of milk… and it freezes things on the small top shelf. We switched rooms twice because of the plumbing, air conditioner, was going to switch once more since the last room had a strange smell but we were already exhausted. Plus side was the free shuttle to Disney and the walking to Knotts Berry farm.

Newly renovated rooms. The rest of the hotel is under construction. The swimming pool is big and nice. They still offered room service during this renovation. Loved having the parking included in this getaway today package. Was not a bad drive to Disneyland and back.

The cleanliness of the hotel and curtosy staff members makes it a great place to stay and not far from Disneyland

The rooms have been recently redone, and are very nice now. The bathrooms are a little small but we made it work for our family of 4.

This room is newly remodeled and I liked it, but it can be loud even inside your room, it is currently under construction and the some of the fixtures were not replaced during the remodel. However it is SO nice to be so close to Knotts during a stay. I'd definitely consider staying here again (I'd just bring earplugs and a white noise machine).

So convenient when we visited Knotts. We stayed here two nights and went to Soak City and Knotts. We loved eating at their restaurant and also the Knotts Chicken Restaurant. Very walkable. An affordable option
