Clean and perfect environment for a Disney trip

Every single detail was perfect. If you request a microwave, it’s first come first serve. Housekeeping was so helpful and bell stall so very friendly.

Our initial room had cold water and a leaky sink and shower faucet. We were able to be moved to a new room for the rest of our stay. We were pleased that they were willing to help us although moving was a bit inconvenient. Overall the DL hotel is convenient and quiet!

This hotel is very nice we’ve stayed at both Disney hotels (grand Californian and Disneyland hotel) the Disney hotel is aimed more towards kids and we like that more for our kids!

The hotel cast members were always very friendly. Brittany at the check in desk was very personable and made us feel very welcomed. The hotel was very nice and clean. We had a handicap room due to my disease. The only thing I can say that was negative was the bathroom did not have enough counter space. A nice shelf can be added to solve that problem.

We booked at the Disneyland hotel so we could take the monorail thru downtown Disney but it was closed. Disappointing l

Was there for a big anniversary and they treated us like royalty

It was perfect! The views are beautiful and you can see the park. Truly such a nice hotel. And so close to the parks that you can walk.

The magic and the charm is there. There were a few minor issues with the room mostly having to do with plumbing that took away from it but otherwise was a great stay.

As it was my first time staying at a Disneyland Resort, everything was as magical as I hoped. I loved my room location and window view (I stayed in the Fantasy Tower)l. Housekeeping made my stay the 2nd “Happiest Place On n Earth” and I loved the sundry and gift shop for last minute snacks and gifts.

Had a great experience staying at Disneyland hotel. All the employees were nice and helpful. The rooms were clean comfortable . Coming back each night from spending all day at parks was very relaxing.

The hotel was clean and close to the parks. Room was a little small for 3 people, but we were only there really to sleep.
