Clean and cute!
Very clean, super cute hotel, bar and restaurant were nice. Within walking distance to Disney shuttle was close by if needed. Would stay again!
I love EVERYTHING about this hotel
I love EVERYTHING about this hotel. I will definitely be staying here in the future. We received complementary cocktail and bottled water upon arrival. They had a carrier for our bags. Staff was super nice. Coffee station in lobby, complementary water and hot cocoa in lobby, clean fresh room. 5 out of 5. If I had to complain about anything it would be low water pressure and bed was a tiny bit hard but i still enjoyed sleeping in it.
Better off walking
Although close to the Toy story parking lot, the shuttle pick-up is way in the back. You're better off walking to Disneyland.
It was great
This hotel was clean, the staff was so friendly. Really it was great. I wish it was slightly closer to Disney but for the price it was worth it 100%
Ok place to sleep
This place was ok. After our reservation with candy cane inn was canceled, we rebooked at hotel lulu. It’s a walkable distance to Disneyland and it’s right near a Disney parking lot if you decide you want to free shuttle to the parks and back. Our room was quiet but you could hear everyone’s toilets flushing. We stayed in room 429 in the main tower and had a parking lot view. The water pressure in the shower was barely enough to clean off after a long day at the parks. We would probably not stay here again unless we were desperate for a place to stay. Parking was around $70 for 3 nights with taxes and fees. Plenty of parking available though which was nice.
Quiet and comfortable
Very quiet and comfortable room. The desk clerks were great and we enjoyed the purple juice after a long day at Disneyland.

Perfect for our needs
Traveled with my family of 6 including a toddler. Rooms were clean and spacious, staff was helpful and friendly, and hotel amenities were perfect for our needs. Parking was also easy and convenient.
Fine
Very small rooms, not really any amenities (couldn’t even get coffee), and a lot further of a walk than advertised.
This hotel was great for our stay
This hotel was great for our stay. The room was very clean, the staff was friendly and very helpful and it was just a quick walk to the park. We really enjoyed our stay here!
Surprisingly Great!
The hotel was surprisingly great! The staff was very friendly, our room was spacious and clean. Our walks to the park were 10 minutes or less! The hotel is also next to the Toy Story parking lot so if at the end of the day you need a break from walking, hop on the shuttle and cut down your walk time! We would absolutely stay here again!
Quick Weekend Trip--Surprisingly great!
Just got back from a quick trip! When we booked this hotel, the only reviews were on Google, and they weren't very good. It was just for the weekend, we wanted to stay close, and we figured "if it's bad, it's only for 2 nights". That being said, this hotel was actually great! The staff was very friendly, check in was quick, easy, our room was clean, and the room was huge. Less than a 10 minute walk to the parks, and it's next to the Toy Story parking lot, so if at the end of the day you don't want to make the whole walk back, hop on the shuttle and cut down some walk time! The water pressure in the shower could have been better, but I think it's more because they have the "water saver" shower heads than the actual pressure being bad, because the tub and sink pressure were both good. Another big plus, if you don't have a car and you get there before check-in, or have a flight after check-out, they have a locked room you can store your luggage in until you check-in/leave while you go enjoy the parks. We'd totally stay here again!
