The hotel was beautiful and the staff was super helpful and kind! The hotel was beautifully updated except the bathrooms left a little to be desired. We loved the ease of the shuttle!

The hotel was very nice. We realized, however, that it was more geared toward conventions and meetings than families. I felt the customer service at the front desk was rather poor. As a single mom with a child in a wheelchair, I would have appreciated them making at least a little effort to get us checked in a little earlier.

Hello, The Hotel staff was very nice and helpful, the man at the check in on the grave yard shift was very friendly and helpful. Everything was nice. The only thing that I did not like was the LACK of shuttles to Disneyland was very disapointing. Not enough and very unorganized. Hyatt needs to work on this.

This hotel never disappoints! The shuttle to the park is easy and convenient, Starbucks IN THE LOBBY is a life saver and the housekeeping staff are wonderful. Have yet to have a bad experience and I’ve stayed 3 times now.

The hotel and employees were great. Loved the view of the lobby from our room. We just didn’t receive any house keeping our entire stay and that would be the only thing that wasn’t 100%

Our room was in the north tower. Two queens. We received daily maid service. The room had a coffee maker and fridge. It was clean. Front desk staff were helpful . The Starbucks in the lobby is good but at times slow. Very busy. Friendly hard working staff but appear to need more staff. The shuttle to Disney is 6$ per person runs every half hour and drops you off near security.

FABULOUS HOTEL!!!

We stayed for a 5 night Disneyland trip in a 2 bedroom Queen suite. Pros: Nice staff, clean suites with microwave and mini fridge. Starbucks in the lobby as well as other restaurants within walking distance. Has two pools and a rec area. Definitely one of the nicer rooms in the Anaheim area. Our housekeeper did a wonderful job. Easy in and out parking. Cons: The hotel shuttle service is terrible and expensive to boot. $6 per adult $3 per child per day, this adds up quickly. It was completely unreliable and chaotic to get on the bus. One morning we missed it completely because it was a free for all, people shoving and cutting the line to get on. We just lost our money and got an Uber instead which was much cheaper. They stuff people in the aisle which is completely unsafe. The self parking is pricey at $15/night and due to the hotel also being an event center, it gets pretty full. There was no breakfast included and no self laundry facility. These amenities are pretty standard in the Disneyland area in other hotels. Also note that the pools aren't heated. For those who like to walk to Disney, this one is too far. We paid a good nightly rate but after parking costs and shuttle fees we were better off paying for a hotel a little more closer to the park that includes breakfast.

We love many things about this hotel. We love the location, the restaurant/bar and starbucks in the lobby, and that the pool/hot tub is open late enough to relax after a day in the park(s). That said, the rooms are still a bit dated and could use a refresh, but they are perfect if you're just looking for a comfortable bed after a day at Disneyland. They have fantastic large plush bath towels too, which is always a plus! We needed extra hangers and extra cups and housekeeping was responsive and friendly in getting these items to us quickly. This is our go-to hotel if we don't stay at a Disney hotel.

Hotel was great and the staff was very friendly

1-Bunk-beds in the kids suite ---best idea ever! My kids loved this feature. All the beds were comfy including ours. 2-Never ran out of hot water and had good water pressure; even on the 8th floor. 3-Breakfast at TusCa was great. You can order from a menu or buffet. We did the buffet everyday because they had plenty of options and special dishes daily. Ages 5 and under eat free and then the price is the child's age for 6-12. 3-OC Brewhouse - great food. We didn't have alcohol but plenty of people were laughing and drinking at other tables so we can assume the beer was cold and their food was good too! 4-The deli is ok. Nothing fancy but good for a quick bite or snack. 5-Shuttle to and from the Disneyland park was a life saver. $6 for adults and $3 for children per day. 6-Property was clean and had no bugs! It also doesn't smell "stale" or "old" when you walk in the building or down the hallways. 7-Plenty of lighted parking. 8-Staff was polite and welcoming. 9-A/C and heat system worked great. No wall or window units. 10-Family friendly entertainment deck with a pool for families but they also have a separate adults only pool/hot tub area on the property. Bottom line...my family would return for sure.

This hotel was absolutely incredible! The rooms- amazing! They had two pools, multiple restaurants, and a sports bar. We LOVED everything about this hotel and will be back again.

This hotel was great, they had clean rooms, two pools and many restaurant choices. This hotel is great for a Disney trip, or a business trip. I felt I could come back to the hotel after a busy day and relax at one of the quiet pools, or sip my starbucks at their location on site. It was a great hotel and I never wanted to leave.

Quality and spacious.

The Hyatt Regency was AWESOME! The rooms are HUGE and spacious with plenty of room to spread out and feel relaxed. On top of that, everything was super clean, modern and comfortable. There were also two really nice swimming pools so one was never crowded when we wanted to cool down after Disneyland. This was just an all around high class hotel. We can not sing their praises enough. For as nice as this hotel is and everything that was included, we thought it was a great bang for our buck. Will be staying here again soon.
