This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and we love it! I am sure we will be back everyone is so accommodating and friendly. The room is perfect and the shuttle is amazing!!!

Beautiful, comfortable and friendly hotel. Kids loved it and we loved it. Room was a little small but it worked for our needs.

They have a Starbucks in the hotel , a water fill station , the shuttle is priced reasonably and was one of the highlights of our trip ! ( especially the driver with buzz and woody on the mirror ! ) , bunk bed suite is perfect for a family of 3 or 4 :) , the staff is friendly + helpful but non intrusive, they have a target across the street which helped us to do a grocery pick up and have snacks on hand for long park days and forgotten toiletries ( much better prices than the gift shop downstairs) . We will most definitely be returning in the future because of our great stay !

Overall a good stay. 1st shuttle of the day is packed. And if you’re trying to get to the front at DL rope drop take a Lyft instead. The shuttle is worth it if you want the convenience of knowing when/where to go & it’s very easy to use. Also if you’ll go back & forth to the park more than once a day it’s cheaper than a Lyft for a family. Beds were comfortable and the room was quiet and big, we didn’t feel cramped at all & we love the kids having their own bedroom. Housekeeping was less than stellar. They made the adult bed but never made the bunk beds and only came once during our week long stay. Sheets constantly slip off of the bunkbeds and after a long day at the park it was a hassle to make them ourselves everyday. Loved the Starbucks in the lobby! Room service is meh. Takes forever, food comes up cold, and it wasn’t a good value for our $. The chocolate cake was amazing however. Even with the negatives we were very happy with the hotel. Shuttle was convenient, room was comfortable and spacious, much nicer than the other good neighbor hotels, staff were pleasant, We had a VIP kids suite, which you can get by calling the hotel after securing a room through getawaytoday, and ask for an upgrade. There’s an extra charge per night which for us was worth it. It’s conveniently located kitty corner to a Target & Walgreens. Also a Joe’s Crab Shack & Outback Steakhouse.

Greta location, felt super clean and safe! Loved the helpfulness of the staff and the room amenities. Our bathroom only had a mirror light so the bathroom was pretty dark, but it was nice besides that. Really enjoyed staying here!

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was super helpful and kind! The hotel was beautifully updated except the bathrooms left a little to be desired. We loved the ease of the shuttle!

The staff was amazing. The lobby was nice and clean. The room was dusty, the counter and toilet in the bathroom was full of dust. There were lots on stains on the shower curtain (maybe blood and something black), weird marks and stains on the wall, looked like blood. I had Lysol wipes and it came off so housekeeping just ignored it. There were hairs in the shower and on the bedding, we always check bedding before unpacking or getting on the beds. The beds were decent but overall hard and the pillows super soft. Not super comfy for me.

The hotel was very nice. We realized, however, that it was more geared toward conventions and meetings than families. I felt the customer service at the front desk was rather poor. As a single mom with a child in a wheelchair, I would have appreciated them making at least a little effort to get us checked in a little earlier.
