We loved this hotel. It is absolutely adorable and had so many details throughout that my kids appreciated. The staff was amazing and rooms and common areas were very clean. We paid for club level and it was worth every penny. We did wish that they had a few more kid friendly options/staples like pizza, chicken nuggets, quesadillas and/or buttered noodles, although the staff was very accommodating and made buttered noodles for my kids when they realized my kids weren't eating anything. The pool area is really nice and a great place to watch the fireworks at night while having a drink and watching your kids play the available yard games. We would absolutely stay here again. The only reason I couldn't give it a 5 is that there was no direct entrance to the park even though I was told that when I booked. That was one of the major reasons we booked this hotel. We thought we would be able to use the Grand California entrance but were told we could only use that access for re-entry later in the day but not for initial entry. That was kind of a bummer. Overall, such an amazing stay and vacation!!

I would have scored a 5 but the room was much too small. I called to verify the room needs for the reservation. Disappointed

The hotel is conveniently located and the staff exceptional. The decor is beautiful and very child-friendly. The rooms are clean and there is great attention to detail in design. The pool is fabulous! My only complaints are that we booked 2 rooms six months in advance, asking for adjoining rooms. Instead, we were put not only not together, but on two different floors. The elevators are extremely slow, there is very limited and very expensive dining options that all close well before the parks do, and my daughter’s family had nothing but trouble with both their digital key and the physical key card working in the door.

It had an excellent view, good meals, easy entrance to California Adventure.We highly recommend it.

The Staff was great. Cafe was amazing. And the hotel was beautiful with all the artwork from all the Pixar movies. And it was nice seeing some characters at the hotel

Great hotel! Close to the park and very festive for the holidays

Staff are great but if you need something fixed like the lights forget it three times three different staff members were told about the problem never got fixed to have a room that is dark but for a few lights around was hard on the eyes to read to relax . On check out the forth person said I am sorry I will talk to someone about this But other than that it was great
