The hotel was clean and modern and every team member I encountered friendly and courteous. My room was large, comfortable, and quiet and only a 10 minute or so walk to Disneyland. I particularly enjoyed the pool area! I also liked the availability of underground parking. One reason for choosing this property was because it is a Hilton property and it delivered on what I expect from one.

Our 4 night stay was real nice. Room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room keys were problematic for us however the front desk staff were able to provide new key cards on three seperate occasions. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the SunCoast Park Hilton.

Our go-to!

The King Studio Suite has a nice living room/sitting area when you first walk in, followed by a short walkway where the bathroom is located, on your way to the king bed. It's not a separate room, but it's separate from the sitting area by the bathroom. While it was just my wife and I on this trip, this room would have easily fit our 3 kids as well, seeing the couch in the sitting area folds out to a bed and there's plenty of room for an air mattress. It's only a 10 minute walk to security (at a brisk pace), so perhaps more like 15 minutes if you're walking with children, but it didn't seem too long for us. One perk we received by booking with Getaway Today was that our parking was included. The hotel isn't on a main drag, and you have to have a room key to enter or leave the hotel/parking area, so I always felt like our car was safe. While we didn't experience the pool or hot tub, we explored the area and it looks like it would be very family friendly. There's also a little shop next to check-in where you can grab things you've forgotten. Overall, this is our new go-to option when we come back to Disneyland.

We stayed here for an adults getaway, so no kids. The staff was friendly and we were given the option to chose which floor we wanted our room to be on (there were only 2 choices). We had a king mini suite which was nice because there was a separate sitting area with a small couch and chair with a TV. The room also had a microwave, small fridge and coffee maker. The beds were fine, a little firm for my liking but nothing wrong otherwise. The pillows however were not great as they were extremely soft and flattened immediately when you laid on them, which provided no comfort or support. I brought my own pillow from home but my husband did not and was pretty uncomfortable even with 2 stacked together. They do not have daily housekeeping (every 3 days) but you can go to front desk and request that they freshen the room and they will empty garbages, bring more towels, etc on request. With the exception of the first floor, there are ice machines by the elevators on the other floors. There is no breakfast available onsite (we just ordered Door Dash) but they do have a small selection of meals later in the day and they also offer pizza at that time. We did not pay for parking as it was free with the package we booked but my understanding is that there is a charge of $30/day, which seemed to be standard for the area. Disneyland is walkable but would be approx 15-20 mins. We chose to park at the Toy Story lot to go through security there and then take the shuttle to the parks. It was also a short drive to Angels Stadium. We would definitely stay here again, but would make sure we brought our own pillows.

The hotel was overall a positive experience. Breakfast was pay-as-you-go but there wasnt any gouremt meals, it was a pretty basic spread. The check-in and check-out process was pretty simple, and they can extend your check-out time up to an hr depending on volume. Housekeeping is complimentary upon request so be sure to speak up if needed. There isnt an infinity pool despite what a previous review may say....(I was looking forward to it). The mini store inside next to the lobby desk has a great variety of things one might need, I've used it a couple times for soup and cereal to breakaway from park food. I left a note on GAT under requests saying we were celebrating a birthday and that anything they could do to make the day/stay special would be appreciated--didnt even get a happy birthday so that was pretty disappointing.

During my first stay at the SunCoast Park hotel, I was consistently impressed by the courteous and attentive staff. Their top priority was ensuring that I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I opted for the King suite for my two-night stay, and the room certainly did not disappoint. The size of the room was so impressive that I almost felt guilty for having it all to myself. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the various amenities available, including a separate living room, temperature-controlled AC unit, keyless entry, access to the pool, an on-site restaurant, and a stunning lobby with plenty of seating areas to relax and catch up with friends.

This hotel is about a 12 -15 walk to Disneyland. The walking path is well-lit and safe. You are just minutes away from the Garden Walk as well as other restaurants. I stayed in the 1-King Bed Suite and there was so much room. There is a mini living room with a separate TV and a pull-out couch. I also rented a 3rd Party Scooter and it fit in the room with no problem. The fridge and microwave came in handy. The infinity pool is so big! I have been to larger hotels that have smaller pools. It is a smaller sized hotel which makes it more personal. The staff remembers you as you come and go. This hotel is great for families, adults, couples etc. They also allow you to keep your car parked until 10 pm on Check Out day which is especially nice since parking was free with booking through Get Away Today. We will 100% be back.

As first entry, there is a floral scent that can be smelled which is delightful. Check in was easy and our requests to be next to another room were accommodated. There is a mini fridge in the room. Warm cookies and water were offered in the evening to guests in the gift shop. There is a restaurant/bar for food and drinks. Seats around a fireplace and even board games. It is about a 12 min easy walk to the security check point. Uber rides were between $6 for an X and $10 for an XL. I would recommend this hotel and stay here again.

We loved the staff, friendly, accommodating. The check-in/check-out were easy. I really liked that they had an adjacent little store that you could purchase water or anything else that we had forgotten run out of. The managers were amazing as well. The only downfall is the breakfast, they are just as expensive as Disney parks. I wish there were more options as well. One of the biggest perks is the short walk to Disney and their pool being kid friendly. My 4 year old was able to reach the bottom standing up and she's on the short side.

I highly recommend Suncoast Park Hotel! It was super clean, smelt amazing, had a very nice pool and our room was perfect! We walked to and from the parks every day and even came back to hang out at the pool mid day and walk back. They have a cute room for movies for the kids and a little store. The only thing I can suggest to the hotel is to open their bar earlier than 4! We came back to the hotel around 2 to hang out by the pool before we went back to the parks and we were wanting to have a drink poolside. We didn’t realize they didn’t open until 4. But other than that this hotel was perfect!

The lobby area smelled wonderful upon entering the hotel; a very welcoming scent. The room was clean and bedding comfortable. We had plenty of space in our 2 queen beds room. The hotel has additional garage parking which is located out of the sun. We were in town for a competition near the convention center. The walk was fairly easy; about 20 minutes. We also walked to Harbor Blvd for food, which was about 10 minutes. The hotel's location is also good for those visiting park. It's a little farther than others, but the savings is definitely worth it. The money saved on the hotel and parking can be used for meals, or other travel expenses. The only downside to the room was the refrigerator. It wasn't cold and didn't have any knobs to adjust the temperature. I did report it on our way out on the first day. We were fairly busy and I didn't follow up on it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room met our needs and I'd definitely book here again.

When we booked, it was a Raddison hotel. Upon arrival, we were very confused because the hotel address was correct but the name didn't match. We eventually learned they recently sold to the Hilton line under a different name. Glad we weren't driving around too much looking for our hotel. Also this was a little further away from the park entrance than we had expected. It's about a 30 minute walk and it is down a longer darker road and along side the Disney employee parking towards the freeway. There were hardly any people ever walking the road so it was a little uncomfortable. The hotel is right next to a freeway. We sure heard the traffic in the morning. The staff at the hotel were exceptional! We were greeted every time we walked by. The bar service was nice. I did feel uncomfortable at breakfast time as some families were let in and others were told it's $8.95 per person when they thought it was included with their hotel. There were some upset families every morning. Hopefully they get that worked out for all guests. The breakfast was a hot breakfast but you'll want to take this into consideration as you're pricing your hotel options. Sounds like they were in an ownership transition and changing policies but was not a bad hotel overall; just wasn't what we were planning for and certainly not our favorite we've stayed in while in Anaheim.

The hotel is undergoing a remodel. Once done I'm sure will be very nicely done. Breakfast is great, many options to choose from. Distance from Disneyland is a short walk. We have stayed at Hampton Inn & Suites every year since 2010. This year they were all sold out. We were skeptical with staying elsewhere. This hotel will be a definitely 1st choice next time. The only flaw with this hotel is the parking, not enough parking spaces.

The hotel is right next to the freeway as well, which was convenient for arrival and departure. The rooms were clean and walking into the hotel it smelled very nice! The free breakfast is BOMB. We made sure we could eat it before our travel home as well because it was so good! The only cons were that the WiFi didn’t work at all the entire stay, which I was banking on since we use so much data in the park. I was debating on giving 4 stars for this reason, but I couldn’t do it! They also say they have an infinity pool, but really it’s just a normal hotel pool with no view. All in all this place was great and I would definitely stay again!

Overall really liked the hotel. Pros: comfy bed/pillows, new hotel, free parking, good breakfast, easy 15-minute walk to Disneyland, felt safe walking back to hotel at night with young kiddos, lots of space in the room, nice to have a separate sitting area from the sleeping spot, fridge/micro, cookies at the front desk, kids TV nook at entry so they can chill while you check in. Awesome view of the fireworks from the window at the end of the hallway on 5th floor. Cons: we requested 2 beds, but they sold out & we only got 1 King for the family of 4. (They quickly brought up a rollaway twin and then we used the couch pullout for the kids to have separate beds.) . No towel holders in bathroom. Overall would recommend. Ask for top floor view & check-in a little earlier than we did. (More likely to get a room with 2 beds...)
