Hotel was very nice and accommodating. The shuttle service to Disneyland was perfect, and the drivers were all so kind and interactive with our kids. It was easy to get to our room and everything felt clean.

Everything was great, the room was clean and nice.. my only complaint is that the water coming out of the sink faucet smelled like rotten eggs

This is a decent hotel and so close to Knott’s Berry Farm. It was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and the pool area was nice. We had a great stay.

The hotel was very nice, however, there wasn't a microwave in the room.. other than that it was a nice place to stay for an entire week. Hot tub was a huge plus!

We really enjoyed this hotel. It was super easy to get to. We loved having the option of the shuttle to take us to and from Disneyland, and the drivers were very kind if we needed to reschedule. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and plan on staying here again.

The Hotel rooms have recently been renovated, which made all the difference for us. We really don't enjoy staying somewhere that feels dirty or where we have to worry about it being dirty. We felt comfortable and taken care of here.

This hotel saved us so much money! Kids eat free for breakfast, lunch, and diner! 4 children per one paying adult was such a great deal. They also offer a free shuttle to Disneyland which we used daily, it was convenient and FREE. Our hotel couldn't have offered us a better deal we were so grateful to find a place that took care of us and our bank account.

This hotel is a hidden treasure. It is a little far from Disneyland, but is very close to Knotts Berry Farm. They have a free shuttle, which is a direct drive straight to Disneyland, very quick and easy to schedule though them. We loved the convinience of this hotel even the shops around the area are great!

This hotel was great! It was about a 10 minute drive from Disneyland, which really isn't that bad! The served free breakfast, lunch and dinner for children 12 and under. I would highly reccomend staying here if you have little kids! Their pool was great too!

Based on photos that I saw, I requested a garden patio room with pool access and got it. We loved that we could go directly from the patio from our room and walk a few steps to the pool. When coming back, it was nice to sit on the patio and dry off a bit before entering the room. The only down side to the patio is that the door to the room doesn't lock from the outside so someone has to stay behind and lock the room in the hall, then walk around to the pool. The room was nice and clean and the staff was super friendly. We drove our car to Disneyland and that only took about 10 minutes so I considered this really close. We loved the Bath & Body Works Coconut & Lime Verbena shampoo and conditioner and loved the super thick bath towels. The beds were really nice too. Denny's and Fuddruckers is right across the street if you don't want to eat in the restaurant. Great hotel and the price is unbeatable.

We booked last minute, so the Holiday Inn we normally stay at was sold out. This Holiday Inn and we really liked it. It takes about 20 minutes to get to Disneyland, but it's right by Knott's Berry Farm and Medieval Times. I would definitely recommend staying here if you're doing either of those, but it's a little far if you're just doing Disney.
