Love the location of this Deluxe resort
I love the location of this Deluxe resort - easy walking distance to several other Deluxe resorts (which made for many great dining options) as well as Epcot theme park. We loved taking the Water taxi over to Hollywood Studios as well (we technically could have walked to Hollywood Studios, but it was further than I prefer - about 15 minutes). I really enjoyed the Club Lounge at this resort. It has beautiful views of the Lake and is a nice quiet place to relax in some quiet and enjoy some cold drinks and snacks. This resort hotel had lots of great activities and things to do/enjoy right at the hotel: the surrey bike rentals, pool games, campfire activities, movies under the stars, and even a few carnival games for the kids. The only reason I didn’t do a 5 star rating is due to the tired rooms. They’re still classy feeling, but the bedding and furnishing and carpets could use a refresh.
A quick walk to EPCOT!
I love the location of Disney's BoardWalk Villas. You can walk to EPCOT and Hollywood Studios. The walk to Hollywood Studios takes 15-20 minutes, so if you would rather save your steps, you can also ride a Friendship Boat or the Skyliner. Between EPCOT and the surrounding hotels, there are so many dining options within walking distance. We loved our evening at JellyRolls dueling piano bar and the entertainment on the boardwalk.
