Such a Fun resort to stay at during Christmas time! The Christmas tree, festive music, and decorations - you have to see it for yourself. If you’re wanting an authentic Christmas experience in Sunny Florida then the Wilderness Lodge is the place for you! Disney’s done a great job with this resort to truly make you feel like you're somewhere else in the world entirely - in the cold, snowy Northwestern United States. No wonder people from all over the world want to come visit Disney World when coming to the States! Thoroughly enjoyed the Extended Evening hours included in for Free for on-site Deluxe guests!

I can’t say enough good things about our stays at the Wilderness Lodge! This hotel is a family favorite. The hotel is so incredibly themed, peaceful, and feels miles from the busy parks (even though you’re really close). Every restaurant at this hotel is amazing. Every. One. I literally crave the Wild Mushroom Bisque served at the Storybook Dining at Artist Point. Geyser Point is a great place to grab dinner and watch the Electrical Water Pageant. This is THE place to stay during the holidays. The log cabin aesthetic and decorations create a picture perfect holiday atmosphere.

This resort wins for the most peaceful. It is so calm and quiet and the perfect environment as well as one of my top favorites. Between the grounds and the dining and the boat access, it is the perfect resort. It gives Yellowstone while also being upscale and pretty. The restaurant in this hotel, Whispering Canyon Café, is such a fun restaurant for the entire family! It’s loud and there’s always something going on. The atmosphere is great and the food is even better. The breakfast is awesome as well.

I really love this hotel. I love that it’s close to the Magic Kingdom, and the only reason I didn’t give it a perfect rating is because it’s not on the Monorail line. BUT… it does have ferry access, and that is very cool. The restaurants are good, and the Whispering Canyon Cafe is really fun. Just be prepared to play around with your servers and other diners. I stayed a few years ago before the renovation, so although I haven’t stayed in the new rooms, I’ve seen them and think they look amazing. I love the pool area, and the grounds are beautiful. I would LOVE to stay again!
