The room seemed a little outdated in some ways. This might be nit-picky, but the fitted bed sheets really didn't fit on the king bed so by morning you were sleeping in a jumble of sheet. That's easily resolved, but for the price you pay you'd expect sheets to fit. They offered a shuttle to the parks, but it seemed too convoluted so we just grabbed an Uber (and they only went to two of the four Disney Parks). The staff was transactional -- not much warmth or friendliness. Seemed like when you were asked them something it was a chore. We arrived late due to delayed flights and while no one wants to be working that late/early, you'd think a resort would have a different level of service. Seemed like we were just putting them out.

Pros: Hotel is great if your under a budget. Family friendly is a plus. Cons: multiple things were not working properly in the room. Also the resort is old and needs renovations.

Some minor refurbishments needed in room, but otherwise large room size with friendly staff, nice pool area for all ages, great location.

The 4-bedroom Villa is MASSIVE! You won’t be disappointed - tall ceilings, 2 kitchen areas (1 Full kitchen and then a second ½ kitchen / wet bar type area), a sprawling deck that runs across the entire 4 bedroom unit with amazing views of the area (the room I was in was in one of the upper levels of the resort hotel). Bathrooms were large, bedrooms were large, the main living room was HUGE with a large Dining room table and plenty of space of extra air mattresses if needed. The pool area at this hotel is so much FUN! Pirate shipped themed with water mushrooms, waterslides, and tons of resort-style lounge seating. Nice restaurant options - even an Irish Pub and pizza hut. Tons of Covered parking throughout the property (and it’s FREE!)

The outside door had issues with the key cards .. other than that, the rooms were great with lots of room and the location of the resort was great for everything we did.

We loved this option for our family reunion. It was a good price for our family and had so much to offer in addition to going to Disney World. The kids loved the pirate pool and it was nice to have a kitchen in our suite and the restaurants were good too.

My nieces and nephews really liked the water park. This was a really fun hotel for us to stay at for our Disney World trip. Having our room be more like a condo than a hotel made us feel very comfortable.
