If they had more Disney bus service and different breakfast offerings every day instead the same thing over and over again

Our room was very nice & came with a microwave and mini refrigerator which was very nice. The room was a decent size and housekeeping was very good about keeping towels filled and cleaning our room when we were gone. The pool and jacuzzi were really nice, & the free breakfast was definitely a plus! Guest services were very helpful and kind, & we were able to get a late checkout with no issues. Overall, we enjoyed the hotel and our stay was great!

Beware of the offered "complimentary shuttle service". It only runs once in the morning, well after the parks have been opened, and two times back from the park. Not only that, but the two times we actually booked and tried to use it, it never showed up. Front desk staff was horribly unhelpful.

This shared resort hotel triplex has the Funnest concept! You stay in any one of these “Marriott Village” hotels and you’re able to enjoy All of the amenities of the others as well (pool-hopping, the restaurants, gyms, kid’s park, sports courts, planned resort activities, etc). You can actually request a “Group resort activity” (such as a particular movie night, craft activity, pool games, etc) if you’re booking 6 or more rooms and they may consider hosting that resort activity on the day/time of your choosing. Just ask their Activities Coordinator to see if they can possibly set something up for you! All 3 of these hotels are within super easy walking distance of each other with the main entrances all facing each other around a circled corridor. They all share the same Complimentary shuttle service to Disney World (goes directly to each Walt Disney World theme park + optional shuttles to Universal Orlando and Seaworld for a fee). The Springhill Suites has well designed suites at this property. Not all of the bathrooms have bathtubs (but you can request to be placed in one that does). The Free hot breakfast buffet is massive! Mickey waffles, and a huge selection of several other hot and cold items.

The hotel has a free continental breakfast that serves waffles, eggs, sausage, bacon and bread items. So nice to start off the day with a meal rather than finding something in the parks. The hotel also provides a free shuttle into the parks or Transportation Center, although it is not always on time and on one trip we stopped at several other hotels and took us 1.5 hours to get to our destination. We ended up Lyfting/Ubering the rest of the time. You get a $5 daily credit to spend in the market (another bonus). Cons: one elevator would not stop on the 1st floor for about 3 days. We had a full stroller which was a hassle to stop on the 2nd floor and walk down the stairs. The room was outdated and some areas were overlooked in the cleaning.

This is the perfect family friendly hotel for your Orlando vacation. The shuttle is super handy and we loved the free breakfast. The room was great for us and the pool was nice as well. We will be back.

We loved this hotel. The suite was big enough for my whole family and it was a very comfortable room. We loved the breakfast and the market they have in the hotel was nice to have to replace the small things we forgot, and get snacks for our days at the parks. My kids loved the playground and ppol during our rest days. We will be staying here again.
