It was ok

The rooms are small, but they are clean and comfortable. It's a solid place to crash at the end of a busy Disney day. They have a goal of 10/10 customer service, and they met that, for sure. The cleanliness and customer service was fantastic. They contract with a charter bus that was free with a coupon code they provided. It was easy to use, but you're also a quick walk from Disney Springs, so you can also utilize the park bus system if you miss your scheduled bus to or from the park. This isn't a luxury hotel, but it's a great value. The rooms were recently updated. They give you Dove soap and shampoo products. Everything just right in the middle of the road. The pool closes at 10 every night, which was my biggest disappointment. I would have loved to soak my feet in the hottub a night or two, but never made it back in time to do so.

This hotel ended up being a great option for our Orlando trip. The restaurants in the hotel are great. Our room was clean and the shuttle to Disney World was easy to use. Definetly recommend!

My family loved this hotel! The pool area was so fun for my kids and we loved all the fun outdoor activites we could do. The free shuttle was also a great perk! We will definetly be staying here again next time we come to Orlando - we loved it!
