Details:
Valid for any two (2) calendar days within a four (4) consecutive calendar day period that begins on and includes your selected start date. The ticket expires in full on the printed expiration date. Unused days are forfeited. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable and must be used by the same person on all days. Standard entry includes a biometric scan. Operating hours, attractions, and entertainment are subject to change, closure, capacity limits, or special events without notice.
Inclusions:
Admission for one (1) guest to one Universal Orlando Resort theme park per day - Universal Studios Florida or Universal’s Islands of Adventure - on any two (2) separate calendar days during the four (4) consecutive day validity window starting with the selected date. Not valid for the Hogwarts™ Express. Separately ticketed events and venues, CityWalk venues, parking, and discounts on food or merchandise are not included. Valid Photo ID required. Additional restrictions may apply.
Redemption Instructions:
Tickets are emailed after purchase. Bring your ticket (printed or mobile) and a valid Photo ID matching the booking name to the gate. Tickets are refundable for a fee - or free with our optional Peace of Mind Plan - if fully unused and refunded within 365 days of purchase. Refunds apply to the entire order and must be repurchased at current prices. Tickets never lose value and may be saved for later use or transferred to another guest. If plans are uncertain, consider purchasing that traveler’s ticket separately.
Expert Tips:
  • Use Day 1 for headliners and Day 2 for anything you missed. If the Hogwarts™ Express is on your list, you will need Park-to-Park access. Enter queues 5-10 minutes before official park close to maximize your final hour.
