Details:
1-Day Base Tickets to Universal Studios Orlando Resort allows one day of park admission. Adult tickets will be required for anyone ages 10 and older, while child tickets will need to be purchased for children ages 3-9. Children two and under will receive free park admission. Tickets cannot be refunded or changed after purchase is complete. Tickets will not be replaceable or refundable if lost, stolen or altered. Get Away Today is not responsible for any refunds due to park closures.
Inclusions:

The 1-Park 1-Day Base Tickets entitle one (1) guest admission to EITHER Universal Studios Florida OR Universal’s Islands of Adventure theme park on any one (1) calendar day corresponding to its season. A calendar of the seasonal dates can be found at universalticketcalendar.com. The ticket will expire in full on the expiration date printed on the ticket.

Please note that you will not be able to ride the Hogwarts™ Express, which requires a park-to-park admission ticket. Your ticket does not include admission into any other separate ticketed event, such as Halloween Horror Nights.

Redemption Instructions:
Your 1-Park, 1-Day Base Tickets will be sent electronically to the e-mail address provided at the time of booking. Please print off your ticket vouchers and bring them with you, along with your Photo ID. To redeem your tickets, take your ticket vouchers with your Photo ID straight to any ticket turnstile. Please be aware your Photo ID must match the name on the electronic voucher or admission will not be granted. ​Tickets are refundable for a fee, or free with our optional Peace of Mind Plan, if fully unused and refunded within 365 days of purchase. Refunds apply to the entire order, so if one ticket is refunded, all tickets must be changed and repurchased at current prices. Tickets never lose value and may be saved for later use or transferred to another guest. If a traveler’s plans are uncertain, we recommend purchasing their ticket separately.
