Details:
Valid only on the specific date selected at checkout and printed on the ticket. Children ages two and under do not require admission. Child tickets are for ages 3-9. Ages 10+ require an adult ticket. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased. Standard entry includes a biometric scan. Operating hours, attractions, and entertainment are subject to change, closure, capacity limits, or special events without notice.
Inclusions:
Admission for one (1) guest to both Universal Studios Florida and Universal’s Islands of Adventure on the same calendar day, with same-day access between the parks. Includes access to the Hogwarts™ Express (where available). Separately ticketed events and venues, CityWalk venues, parking, and discounts on food or merchandise are not included. Valid Photo ID required. Additional restrictions may apply.
Redemption Instructions:
Tickets are sent electronically to the email provided at booking. Bring the ticket (printed or mobile) along with a valid Photo ID that matches the booking name straight to the gate. Tickets are refundable for a fee - or free with our optional Peace of Mind Plan - if fully unused and refunded within 365 days of purchase. Refunds apply to the entire order and must be repurchased at current prices. Tickets never lose value and may be saved for later use or transferred to another guest.

  • Start early in the park that opens first and take the Hogwarts™ Express to travel between parks in the afternoon. Keep an eye on the Universal app for real-time wait times and train departures. Stay hydrated and plan your lunch between 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. to avoid crowds.
