Each runDisney event is a weekend long celebration where runners of various ages and abilities can join in on one of several races. There are even virtual races that include magic in every mile.

The Walt Disney World Marathon is 30+ years running.. Choose from the 5K to the Marathon as you trek your way through the Disney theme parks.

Disney Princess Half Marathon Weekend February 22-26, 2024

This year, runDisney celebrates not only our favorite princesses, but all of those that help to raise, nurture and believe in them. The 2023 Disney Princess Half Marathon Weekend is all about celebrating the inspiring athletes joining in on the events and those that support them.

Registration opens June 20, 2023 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time.

ChEARS to 15 years! The Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend will celebrate its crystal anniversary by highlighting iconic Disney Chefs and the wacky and wonderful food they create.

From a flavorful 5K and a tasty 10K to a hearty half marathon and a tempting two-course challenge, the events will feature food-centric stories, Disney characters, delightful snacks and more to help power you to the finish line.

Disneyland Half Marathon Weekend January 11-14, 2024

We’re so excited to welcome back runDisney races to the west coast in 2024. Kicking it all off is the return of fan-favorite Disneyland Half Marathon Weekend.

Taking place January 11-14, 2024, the weekend will include:

  • Disney Yoga
  • A runDisney challenge including a 5k, 10k and runDisney Kids Races
  • Disneyland Half Marathon
  • Dumbo Double Dare

Disneyland Halloween Half Marathon Weekend September 5-8, 2024

Whether you’re a Disney fan, an athlete or both, there is a ghoulishly good time waiting for you!

Disneyland Resort will host four days of events, all themed to the Halloween season. And whether you treat yourself to a 3.1-mile jaunt, pick up a few ghostly hitchhikers for 6.2 miles or try to avoid any “hocus-pocus” during a 13.1-mile adventure, some Disney Characters will be there to wish you the happiest of Halloweens!

Adding even more excitement, younger participants will be able to gear up and “Git-R-Done” during Kids’ Races hosted by favorites from Disney and Pixar’s Cars. There’s even an opportunity to enjoy some seriously goofy yoga.
