Yesterday was our last Disney day of the FAM and we definitely went out with a bang. If you missed anything, you can read more about Monday (and the giveaways for Monday and Tuesday) here. Tuesday started off with a delicious breakfast before training began. We we got to learn more about some of Disneyland's newest tech, including MaxPass, mobile ordering and more. Some of Disney's marketing strategy team joined us then, sharing some great information about what's to come in the next year. Keep watching our social media and blog, where we'll update as soon as we're able to share all the things we learned!
After training, it was time for lunch. The GAT team enjoyed some pizza and alien macarons from Alien's Pizza Planet in Tomorrowland. Lunch was quick and then we were off to explore Disneyland Park with our VIP tour guides. Space Mountain, Star Tours, Nemo's Submarine Voyage and Pirates of the Caribbean were on the docket before it was time for the Christmas Fantasy Parade.
Our team loved getting a close-up of this classic Holiday entertainment. Once the parade was over, we got to jump on "it's a small world" Holiday and Big Thunder Mountain Railroad. Before we knew it, it was time for dinner. We were amazed to be hosted in the Opera House, after a special viewing of Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln. It was magical to eat dinner next to the huge diorama of the original Disneyland Park!
Haunted Mansion Holiday and Winnie the Pooh's Adventure were next, before we had a quick stop back at the Opera House to pick up hot cocoa. Hot cocoa and gingerbread cookies in hand, we headed to watch the fireworks. While the wind ended up cancelling the show, our team still enjoyed watching the lighting of Sleeping Beauty's Castle and having it snow on Main Street. We then had free time to enjoy our last night at the Grand.
Today, we'll be starting off with a farewell breakfast at Mickey's Tales of Adventure Character Breakfast Buffet. After that, it will be more hotel tours, a luncheon and a transfer to our final Anaheim stay. Which brings us to our biggest Winner Wednesday yet; 16 giveaways! Enter below and then check back tomorrow for an update of our day and more giveaways tomorrow.
