Hyatt Regency Orange County Review - Dining

Guests of the Hyatt Regency Orange County are spoiled and delighted by a number of in house dining options. The TusCa restaurant on site features local, Southern California dining for breakfast every day. Its menu can cater to dietary needs or preferences such as vegetarian, vegan and gluten free, which makes it a great choice for everyone! For quick, ready made snacks and meals the Citrus Grove Deli, which is open throughout the day, is a great stop at the hotel. Grab a sandwich before heading out and you are set until it’s time to get a churro at Disneyland. A big bonus for guests who book with Get Away Today is the discount on meals at the Hyatt; one child can eat free with one paying adult at TusCa, which is a daily saving that really adds up. When you call Get Away Today to book, inquire about other dining deals, such as kids under 5 eat free, and some adult meals can be discounted for children ages 6 - 10. As always, some of these options are subject to change.

In addition to these dining options, there is also the OC Brewhouse on site, which offers a variety of refreshments and bar snacks. The Brewhouse has a convenient to-go option as well, allowing guests to order items for pick up or carryout. As if that wasn’t enough, the Hyatt Regency Orange County features a Starbucks right in the hotel lobby, too.

Hyatt Regency Orange County Review - Location

Located on Harbor Boulevard in Garden Grove, the Hyatt Regency Orange County is about one (1) mile from the Disneyland Resort. This puts it in a convenient location as one of the many hotels near Disneyland. It would be an ideal choice for travelers who need to get back to the hotel during the day for naps or just some down time after the hustle and excitement of the Disneyland Resort. There is a shuttle that can be used daily for a $5 fee, or you could use a driving service such as Uber or Lyft for transportation to and from local attractions.

The Hyatt Regency Orange County is under ten (10) miles from Knott’s Berry Farm, and is also close to Angel Stadium (2.5 miles). You will also find the Bowes Museum and Kidseum about four (4) miles from the Hyatt Regency, and the Anaheim Packing District is about three (3.6) miles away. You also have close access to Orange County beaches such as Huntington or Newport Beach.
