It's incredible how much SeaWorld San Diego has packed into the last few months of the year. Summer is winding down, but the fun at SeaWorld San Diego is still going strong. Here is what you can expect at the theme park for the remainder of 2016:

August at SeaWorld San Diego

Summer at SeaWorld began over Memorial Day weekend and continues through Labor Day. In addition to all of the regularly scheduled shows, attractions and exhibits, you still have time to enjoy the nighttime shows and "Celebrate the Wonder" fireworks with extended summer park hours on select nights.

You'll love Sea Lions Tonite, a special nighttime version of the classic Sea Lions LIVE show. Also, this will be your last summer to watch Shamu's Celebration: Light Up the Night. These shows are available most Saturday and Sunday nights through Labor Day, plus on actual Labor Day.

September at SeaWorld San Diego

Travel during the beginning of the month to catch the tail end of Summer at SeaWorld, which concludes on September 5. Or, visit towards the end of the month to experience SeaWorld San Diego's Halloween Spooktacular on September 24 and 25. Everything in between is pretty great too. And since school is back in session, you'll have fewer crowds in September while still experiencing great weather.

October at SeaWorld San Diego

SeaWorld's Halloween Spooktacular takes place weekends all through the month of October. The Animal Connections plaza is transformed into a Mermaid Grotto and Pumpkinfish Patch where dance parties are held. Trick-or-treating gets an early start at 11am each event day with trick-or-treat stations located throughout the park. Kids don't need to be in costume and trick-or-treating is included with regular admission.

Little boys and ghouls will also love special Halloween themed shows like Clyde and Seamore's Big Halloween Bash and Sesame Street's Who Said Boo?!. They will love the spooky spin on your favorite classic entertainment. 

November at SeaWorld San Diego

While the beginning of the month is fairly calm, the Christmas Celebration officially kicks off on November 19. You'll most likely start to see some trimmings pop up around the park much earlier than that though.

December at SeaWorld San Diego

The holidays are in full swing during December with SeaWorld's Christmas Celebration. Where else will you be able to have breakfast with Santa AND Shamu?! Along with SeaWorld's Christmas Tree of Lights, The Christmas Village and so much more, SeaWorld San Diego is where you want to be to get in the holiday spirit. Your favorite shows have a holiday twist with Shamu Christmas Miracles, Dolphin Island Christmas, Clyde & Seamore's Christmas Special and Pets Rule Christmas. This year also brings the debut of Rudolph the Red-nosed Reindeer who will be greeting guests with his friends!
