One of our favorite parts of the Holidays at Disneyland has to be all the amazing food. Delicious seasonal treats are everywhere, especially at Festival of Holidays in Disney California Adventure Park. Find out about the best treats at Festival of Holidays during Holidays at the Disneyland Resort.

We love this magical time of year, when the Happiest Place on Earth becomes the Merriest Place on Earth. Each year the seasonal celebration gets better and better. This year is no different, especially with the expansion of Festival of Holidays in Disney California Adventure. We recently got to speak with Disney Cast Member, Chef Gracie, about the best treats that can be found here and throughout the resort. Check out the interview below:

Don't all of the holiday treats look delicious? We can't wait to try every single one at Festival of Holidays during Holidays at the Disneyland Resort. Here's a quick overview of the questions that Chef Gracie was able to answer for us:

What is your favorite treat to enjoy during the Holidays at the Disneyland Resort?

While there's so much to choose from, Chef Gracie's favorite is the Holiday Yule Log. This is no surprise as it's a favorite among many fans. The chocolate, candied chestnuts and clementine compote combine for a tasty holiday treat that's unlike any other. If you're heading to the Festival of the Holidays, you'll find this treat at the A Twist on Tradition kiosk.

What goes into selecting the food items for the seasonal celebration?

Chef Gracie did an amazing job explaining how Festival of Holidays is truly a combination of different cultures and religions, and how they celebrate the season. When creating the kiosks, the food of the culture being represented is taken into account and the culinary team does a great job creating an entree based on that. Here's just a few of the delicious foods you can find at Festival of Holidays during Holidays at the Disneyland Resort:

- Chorizo Queso Fundido
- Nashville Hot Fried Turkey
- Sliced Spicy Calabrese Salami
- Warm Polenta and Chilled Crab Salad
- Chana Masala
- Fruit and Nut Rugelach
- Butternut Squash and Almond Pakora Fritters
- Pineapple Kesari

What past favorites are returning and what new treats are being debuted?

There are many favorites returning to Festival of Holidays during Holidays at the Disneyland Resort. Chef Gracie was quick to point out the Minnie and Mickey Cookies, Gingerbread Cookies and Eggnog Macaroons as the top fan-favorites returning for the Holidays in 2017. The Fruit and Nut Rugelach, Sweet Potato Pies and Milk Chocolate Candy Cane Pot de Creme are a few of the new offerings this year. Whether you prefer traditional fare or are looking for a twist, you're sure to find it at Festivals of Holiday.
