Holiday Inn Express North Hollywood Review

If you're planning a trip to Universal Studios Hollywood or the Hollywood area in general, the Holiday Inn Express North Hollywood is a great choice. It's a smaller hotel and with only 79 guest rooms, it has almost a boutique feel. It is sleek, modern and often used in many of the Holiday Inn Express commercials. If you go, you'll see why.

Holiday Inn Express North Hollywood Review - Rooms:

Of all of the 79 guest rooms at the Holiday Inn Express North Hollywood, 25 of them have two queen beds. The remaining rooms have one king bed, all with clean, modern decor and Holiday Inn Express's signature bedding. All of the guest rooms also come with a microwave and mini fridge, which is a huge plus, especially if you're traveling with children. The hotel also offer free in-room safes and Wi-Fi for added peace of mind.

Holiday Inn Express North Hollywood Review - Amenities:

As far as amenities go, one of our favorites is the rooftop pool. Not only is it a fun place to hang out, you have incredible views of the world-famous Hollywood sign. The Holiday Inn Express North Hollywood also has on-site parking for only $9 per day. Many Hollywood area hotels charge double to triple this amount for on-site parking. With that in mind, we consider such affordable parking in such an expensive area a huge perk.

Holiday Inn Express North Hollywood Review - Dining:

The Holiday Inn Express North Hollywood serves a full breakfast buffet each morning - and bonus, it's free! You'll find standard continental breakfast items like yogurts, muffins and fruit. You'll also find more filling options like oatmeal, scrambled eggs, sausage, and biscuits and gravy. Hot items typically rotate out to include other items like pancakes and omelets. The breakfast is certainly enough to keep you going on a fun-filled day in Hollywood.

Holiday Inn Express North Hollywood Review - Location:

As you can probably tell from the fact that you can see the Hollywood sign from the pool deck, this hotel is in an awesome location. It's located on Burbank Boulevard, which is right next to Burbank. From the hotel, you're a five minute walk to the Metro Red Line. From there, your first stop on the metro is Universal Studios Hollywood. Your second stop is the Walk of Fame. You're also just two miles from the Warner Brothers Studio, where you can take a tour. There is no shortage of things to do and places to explore when you stay at the Holiday Inn Express North Hollywood.
