Residence Inn at Anaheim Resort Review

Today we’re happy to share our Residence Inn at Anaheim Resort review. There are many hotels near Disneyland, and our breakdown will help you make an informed decision before booking your next magical Disneyland vacation.

Residence Inn at Anaheim Resort Review - Rooms

Residence Inn at Anaheim has a few room options, which makes it perfect for travel parties of any size. For families of six or less, there are two different room options to choose from. The first is the one bedroom queen suite that features two queens and a sofa bed. The second option is a two bedroom suite that features a bedroom with a king-size bed as well as a room with two singles or bunk beds. The two bedroom suite also has a pull-out sofa bed in the living area, along with a bathroom connected to each bedroom.

If you're a family of seven or eight, the Residence Inn at Anaheim Resort has rooms for you too! The two bedroom and two bathroom suite features two queen-size beds in one bedroom, two single beds in the other and a pull-out sofa bed in the living room area. Or, if you have little ones, choose the two bedroom suite with bunkbeds. Instead of the bedroom with two single beds, you'll have a bedroom with bunk beds. And if there's one thing that screams fun to kids, it's bunk beds!

The best part is that each of these suites has either a kitchenette or full kitchen. The suites that fit up to six will have a kitchenette and the suites that fit up to eight have a full kitchen. We love that feature as it makes it so easy to travel with food allergies or to just save on food when you visit Disneyland! The bathrooms all have a tub and shower combo as well, which is perfect for families with younger kids. No matter what room type you choose, we're sure you'll love the space and ease it provides!

Residence Inn at Anaheim Resort Review - Amenities

Guests can utilize the free Wi-Fi at Residence Inn Anaheim, as well as free cable and phone in-room. Guests can also request cribs for use in-room at no extra charge. Other amenities at Residence Inn Anaheim include a grocery shopping service, beauty shop, on-site laundry, video game/game room, and mobility accessible rooms. The fitness center is open daily, and there is an outdoor pool with a children’s area. The Residence Inn at Anaheim also has a children’s movie theater! We love the shopping service, as it's just another amenity perfect for those looking to save on food costs. The on-site laundry is also a plus, especially for families staying for five plus days who don't want to pack as much!

Residence Inn at Anaheim Resort Review - Dining

Dining options available at Residence Inn at Anaheim include utilizing each suites’ in-room kitchen/kitchenette, or eating in the picnic area on site. While all Residence Inn at Anaheim rooms offer a kitchen, you can opt out of making breakfast and instead enjoy their daily, free hot breakfast buffet. Not only is it one of the many fabulous hotels near Disneyland, but it's also near dining such as Outback Steakhouse, a vegan pizza joint, Jack-in-The-Box and Joe's Italian Ice. Guests can enjoy food from many local restaurants via delivery as well, or purchase food from the convenience store on-site at the Residence Inn at Anaheim.

Residence Inn at Anaheim Resort Review - Location

Residence Inn at Anaheim is just over a mile and a half from the Disneyland Resort, making it one of many hotels near Disneyland we love. Just leave Residence Inn and head North to the Disneyland gates - you'll be there in less than twenty minutes! If that seems like too long of a walk, you can purchase shuttle tickets from the front desk. Some guests like to use driving services like Uber or Lyft to get to and from the hotels near Disneyland. Residence Inn at Anaheim is also close to other activities, like Knott's Berry Farm, bowling, golfing and surfing. In addition to being one of the hotels near Disneyland, it's also in close proximity to a Walgreens and a Target. What more could you need on your Disneyland vacation?!

Residence Inn at Anaheim Resort Review - Summary

Residence Inn at Anaheim Resort is a great choice for guests who want to stay at a hotel near Disneyland, and have the option of booking suites with a little extra space for kids. The kid-friendly swimming area and movie theater offers guests with families the opportunity to spend time together making memories outside of Disneyland. This resort is also close to an array of restaurants, spas and attractions, besides the Disneyland Resort of course!
