If you are thinking of visiting Disneyland next year, you are in for a treat. There is an all-new celebration and some of the lowest prices we've seen in years for spring travel. Today we're excited to share all there is to know about Get Your Ears On: A Mickey and Minnie Celebration.

Get Your Ears On: A Mickey and Minnie Celebration Overview

This festive event celebrates 90 years of Mickey and Minnie Mouse. It will bring new entertainment, food and merchandise to the Disneyland Resort. 

Get Your Ears On: A Mickey and Minnie Celebration Dates

The official celebration kicks off in January. There are different start dates for the entertainment options. Mickey's Mix Magic will begin on January 18, 2019. Mickey's Soundsational Parade will begin on January 25, 2019. Valentine's Month will be held from January 22 - February 18, 2019. Different food and merchandise items will be rolled out throughout the celebration. There is no official end date for the event, but we will update here as soon as one has been announced.

Get Your Ears On: A Mickey and Minnie Celebration Entertainment

There are two main entertainment options that are coming as part of Get Your Ears On: A Mickey and Minnie Celebration. First is Mickey's Mix Magic, which is an all-new nighttime show beginning on January 18, 2019. It will involve high energy Disney classic songs with a twist, as well as a new celebration song, "It's a Good Time." Expect projections, lasers and lights in this family-friendly dance party. You can enjoy the dance party from Main Street, U.S.A., Rivers of America and near "it's a small world." On select nights fireworks are added to the mix for an even more explosive party. Check the official Disneyland calendar for the fireworks schedule. 

Mickey's Soundsational Parade will return on January 25, 2019 with updated floats and a new larger-than-life opening. You'll love this updated parade so much that it will feel brand new.

Valentine's Month is an all-new offering that will feature Valentine's photo opps throughout Disneyland Park. Additionally, you can purchase a commemorative map and stickers to embark on Minnie's Valentine Surprise. You'll go on a special scavenger hunt throughout the park, then return your map for a special Valentine's surprise.

Get Your Ears On: A Mickey and Minnie Celebration Food

Not much has been announced in the way of food for the celebration, but if Mickey's official birthday party was an indicator, we are all in for a treat. There will be festive Mickey and Minnie shaped menu items, exclusive Get Your Ears On themed treats and specialty menu items for Valentine's Month as well. Rumor has it that once the celebration is complete, there will have been close to 100 different menu items just for Get Your Ears On: A Mickey and Minnie Celebration.

In addition to fun food and beverage items, there will be plenty of Mickey and Minnie themed shopping. Look for a special celebration sipper as well as new Mickey and Minnie popcorn buckets. New apparel, pins, plush and ears will all be available throughout the celebration as well. You'll also be able to find some specialty items in Downtown Disney including a limited time charm from PANDORA, bags from Dooney & Bourke and a special Mickey Through the Years dress from The Disney Dress Shop.
