Best Desserts to Try at Magic Kingdom

Magic Kingdom is what many refer to as the “castle park.” Inside this park you’ll not only find the stunning Cinderella Castle, but many classic attractions like the Haunted Mansion, the Pirates of the Caribbean, "it’s a small world", the Jungle Cruise and more.

We love spending at least one day dedicated to Magic Kingdom on our Walt Disney World vacations and allowing plenty of time for eats and treats. You can find our overall best places to eat at Magic Kingdom here and then top it off with Get Away Today’s staff favorites below.
  1. Frozen Coke and Cream cheese filled pretzel are the perfect pair! You can find both at The Lunching Pad in Tomorrowland (we had multiple votes for this exact combination!).
  2. Try the classic Dole Whip or Tropical Serenade with Pineapple-Orange-Guava Juice, Coconut Soft-serve, and an Upside-down Pineapple Cake Pop at Aloha Isle in Adventureland.
  3. Warm Cinnamon Roll from Gaston's Tavern in Fantasyland these giant, warm Cinnamon Rolls are the way to go!

Best Desserts to Try at EPCOT

EPCOT is full of culture, thrills and everything in between. It’s often voted as one of the favorites at Walt Disney World. Perhaps a lot of that has to do with the huge foodie culture and multiple festivals that happen year-round—the menus are always changing!

If you’re a foodie, you might even dedicate 2 days or more to EPCOT alone. We’ve gathered a list of the best places to eat at EPCOT but remember that doesn’t even include the ever changing seasonal menus for festivals. There’s a lot to try so bring your appetite and save room for these dessert favorites!

And if you do happen to be there during the holidays one (or six!) you don’t want to miss is the Cookie Stroll!. Brooke B shares, “I really enjoy participating in the Holiday Cookie Stroll during the Festival of the Holidays. You purchase 6 cookies that are all nice and big and delicious. You receive a stamp for each cookie and then you receive a prize once you purchase all 6 cookies. It was a fun activity and I was really impressed with the cookies.”
