Disney’s All-Star Music Resort Review - Rooms

When you book Disney’s All-Star Music Resort with Get Away Today, you can request either a Standard or Family Suite room. Standard rooms include two double beds to accommodate up to four guests. The Family Suites include one bedroom with a Queen bed and twin pull-out chair. The living area in the Family Suites offers a pull-out sofa that sleeps two, as well as an additional twin-sized sleeper, allowing Family Suites to accommodates six total guests.

Rooms range in size from 275 - 525 square feet, and many include balconies and views of either the courtyard or pool. Standard room amenities include the following:

Onsite activities include a children’s pool, jogging trails, outdoor movies and more. Guests of all ages will love the Note’able Games Arcade, the playground and the shopping available in Melody Hall. There’s also a golf course about ten miles from the collection of All-Star Resort Hotels at Walt Disney World.

The Calypso Pool (the guitar-shaped pool between the two Calypso buildings) at All-Star Music Resort is closed for refurbishment September 2020 - December 2020, but the Piano Pool (located in the courtyard between Country Fair, Broadway Hotel, Jazz Inn and Rock Inn buildings) invites guests to take a tip or lounge in the sun. Plus, All-Star Music Resort guests are welcome to visit the pools at nearby All-Star Movie and All-Star Sports Resorts.

Disney’s All-Star Music Resort Review - Dining

When you’re ready for a break between musical acts at Disney’s All-Star Music Resort, head to Intermission Food Court to refuel. Offering American cuisine, you’ll find something for everyone at this eatery located in Melody Hall. Prices range from $14.99 and under, and the menu serves up family favorites such as pizza, quesadillas, burgers, salads, french toast, Mickey-shaped waffles and more. You can avoid the lines by ordering right from your phone, which makes you feel like a rock star.

Outside Melody Hall you can find Singing Spirits, the bar near Calypso Pool. It serves up alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages that you can enjoy poolside at Disney’s All-Star Music Resort.

Disney’s All-Star Music Resort Review - Location

Located in the Animal Kingdom Resort area between Disney’s All-Star Sports and Movies Resorts, you’re just south of Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park at the All-Star Music Resort. As with all Walt Disney World Resort Hotels, you can take advantage of complimentary Disney Magical Express shuttle services to get to and from the Orlando International Airport (23 miles). To navigate from your hotel to Walt Disney World, you can catch a complimentary Disney shuttle outside Melody Hall, or use the adorable Minnie Van Lyft services (for an extra fee).
