2026 Disneyland Vacation Packages
Disneyland vacation packages are now available for families to book into 2026. We love helping our guests plan magical vacation memories! Disneyland Resort vacation packages include:

While there are some changes to traveling to Disneyland Resort you'll need to be aware of, by booking with Get Away Today, we'll make sure you have everything you need to know. And of course, we'll be with you every step of the way. So let’s get started!
Annual Disneyland Resort Calendar of Events
There are a number of news items that you may or may not have heard about for Disneyland. We’ve taken a look at those below.
Disneyland Resort Theme Park Reservations
One of the first things you’ll need to know is Disneyland Resort still utilizes the Disney Parks Pass Reservation System which is different from Walt Disney World. This system requires guests to have both a park reservation as well as a valid theme park ticket to enter either of the two Disneyland Resort theme parks. Disneyland Reservation System continues to be in use for future dates as well.
Reservations are made online through the Disneyland website and availability can be checked before buying tickets or booking a vacation package. And of course, Get Away Today is happy to help with that process.
Remember, Park Hopper tickets allow you to switch parks beginning as early as 11:00 am with unlimited switching afterwards.

New Rides Coming to Disneyland Resort 2026

2026 and Beyond: New Disneyland Rides
- A new mission is touching down in Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge in Disneyland park. The all-new story, centered around The Mandalorian and Grogu, arrives May 22, 2026, in time with the new Star Wars film, releasing in theaters the same weekend.
- In celebration of America’s 250th anniversary, the fan-favorite attraction Soarin’ will receive an all-new airborne adventure across the U.S. beginning at Disneyland Resort on July 2, 2026
- Avengers Campus will double in size with the addition of two new attractions – Avengers Infinity Defense and Stark Flight Lab, construction begins in 2025 (Disney California Adventure Park)
- Travel to a whole new corner of Pandora, inspired by “Avatar: The Way of Water” and future Avatar films, dates to be announced (Disney California Adventure Park)
- Travel to the Land of the Dead with Miguel and his skeletal family from Pixar’s “Coco” in this all-new attraction, construction begins in 2025 (Disney California Adventure Park)
- Brand-new adventures coming to Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run in celebration of the new Star Wars film “The Mandalorian and Grogu” (Disneyland Park)

- “Walt Disney: A Magical Life” with an all new Walt Disney animatronic debuts in 2025 at the Main Street Opera House. After its initial debut, the show will then play in rotation with “Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln.” Opened May 16, 2025.

Entertainment at Disneyland Resort
Disneyland Resort has created new ways of sharing and spreading magic. There is so much to see and do including favorites like the Disneyland Band and others throughout the resort, Mickey’s PhilharMagic, and Storytelling at the Royal Theatre. Lightning Lane is your pass to skipping the wait! The previous FastPass System has been retired and we now use Lightning Lanes, read all about ithere.
MagicBands have arrived at Disneyland! You can now customize and purchase your MagicBand+ any time before or during your vacation. MagicBands+ allow you to remain hands-free and less tied to your cell phone during your trip.
We’re excited to welcome MagicBand+ to Disneyland Resort.
Park Hopping at Disneyland looks a little different these days. If you haven’t been back in a while, it’s important to know that all guests with a park hopper ticket can begin park hopping at 11:00 am PT.
Park hopping tickets are still an excellent value, allowing you to visit both theme parks every day your tickets are valid.
There’s no need (or even an option) to make a reservation for your second theme park. Once park hopping opens for the day, you can hop back and forth as many times as you wish.
